All of the drag queens were great and the show was very interactive. There's no bad seats in the house. There even is a system to exchange large bills for small so that you can tip. My only complaint is how expensive parking is. The place has a dedicated lot but you're paying premium price for it.

The performers were great and brought so much energy. The show was a little naughty and extremely entertaining. I wish it was longer! Show started around 11pm and ended at 12:30ish but people were welcome to linger around after. We stayed about 30 minutes after the show was over to finish drinks and just hang out. We ordered a couple of the drink specials which were very strong and not that good. Fries were decent. The venue itself isn't huge so even though we were seated towards the back we still had a good view of the stage. Overall this was a super fun show and I'd definitely come back for another!

On May 5, we hosted friends from out of town and invited them to join us at The Rrazz Room to see…read moreSteve Grand perform live. While we enjoyed the concert, not a single thing about the venue went well. First, admission was disorganized, delayed and what was supposed to be VIP seating turned into the most cramped space imaginable. Service, either at the bar or at the tables was next to impossible. We waited 30 minutes for two glasses of wine, one mixed drink and one water. The six food items we ordered for our group of six people yielded only two sub-par appetizers. The rest of the food - over a 3.5 hour period - never arrived. Beyond never being able to find a server, the inattentive bar staff and no-where-to-be-found management, it became clear to all in attendance that the staff completely abandoned any effort to serve guests after about one hour and 45 minutes into the evening. Numerous people were opening questioning whether the staff had simply walked out, if only there was someone to ask. At one point, both the entertainment (Steve Grand) and the packed house openly joked about the fact that no food or drinks were being served. Gallows humor, yet no effort by management was made to remedy the situation. Yet, checks were dropped with haste toward the end of the evening. One in our party joked, "How did these checks get here? By drone?" The final touch, of course, was that nearly every check dropped at our large, communal table was wrong. We were charged for food that never came, and drinks we never ordered. When I found a server, hiding out in the lobby and asked what happened to cause such a train wreck of service, he told me "they reorganized the tables right before the event." I'm not sure why moving tables would derail service so unbelievably, but it did and still there was no apology. Just lots of servers sheepishly changing checks of very angry guests. I was embarrassed for our friends and for the fact we promised them a great evening. We ultimately found a nearby restaurant still open afterward and got something to eat after four hours of non-service. The management should be ashamed of themselves for not stepping up and making some type of effort to apologize to the entire crowd. When your entire room full of guests and the entertainment are making a stink about horrific service, you step up and take responsibility. All this place seems to want to do is take your credit card.

(Bald head, leather hat) I am happy to speak with the management team if you are looking to clean up your staff. We could tell he was jacked up, just coming on his shift apparently pumped as all hell to be making $8 bucks an hour? The curse of the small town gay bar bouncer lives on and the comedy show continued off stage. He had a really unfortunate way about him. Jackasses like him will cost the owners more than he is worth in a small town like New Hope.

Felt like I was eating at an amusement park. I just don't understand having so few items on the menu you should be able to turn out some amazing dishes?????This was far from it. I MUST come back here for concert (we would stay overnight - it was an almost 2-hour drive for us from Southern New Jersey). Last night's (10/21/23) was for a PERFECT wedding reception. The facility blew me /us away! The happy couple had two floors - the third floor was for cocktail hour. The 2nd floor was for the reception, which boasted insanely scrumptious food (I had risotto; the man, a chicken dish), and a live band. Personal and beautiful touches of the couple were strewn througout the gigantic room. The decor was just beautiful and there were two big bars, with great bartenders. Please just go online and look into it!!!! BEST WEDDING RECEPTION I'VE EVER EVER BEEN TO - HANDS DOWN!!!

Upon exiting the elevator they make you feel like you enter "paradise", do some tarot card reading by asking for your birthdate, and then get some beads with perfume dropped on them depending on which card you got. After all of that, none of those stuff mattered. We were served a three course meal before the actual aerobics show happened, but they still had performers perform while we had our meals or a few drinks. I enjoyed their Crescent Dip, which is a hummus dip with whipped feta and comes with a massive chip. The Full Moon Rice I wasn't really a fan of. After those two, they came out with the entree, which they called Fire, Water, Earth; essentially beet, halibut, and short rib. These were alright, not amazing. The third and final course came during the intermission of the show, which was a bunch of dessert treats and they were delicious. The show itself was fantastic. It was more than just aerobics, has there are also singing, dancing, and violinist. You may get wet in the front so FYI. There's also some fire involved. Overall, a well put together show. I'd probably skip the food, but the drinks were great.
