After the wax, when my brows were already looking perfect, Holly went a step further and helped me find a concealer and foundation that make an enormous difference--natural, yet more vibrant and polished. While I am very sympathetic to current circumstances related to COVID, the impersonal way this was addressed and the lack of actual communication is disappointing and not good customer service.
