While I am very sympathetic to current circumstances related to COVID, the impersonal way this was addressed and the lack of actual communication is disappointing and not good customer service. Holly is skilled, meticulous, and truly understands how to shape brows in a way that complements your face. For the first time in decades, my eyebrows look natural, defined, and genuinely flattering. Liz took all of my requests into consideration and gave me an absolutely wonderful haircut (not an easy thing to do considering how thick my hair is and how long it had grown.) More than that, she was incredibly kind and made me feel well taken care of throughout my appointment. All of the staff that I interacted with were warm and professional. Everyone was also very careful and aware of COVID protocols, which to me was an added bonus.
