I called and left a message to try and get additional information, but there was no answer and no one returned my call. While I am very sympathetic to current circumstances related to COVID, the impersonal way this was addressed and the lack of actual communication is disappointing and not good customer service. I've had a pretty consistently positive (for the most part) experience with this salon over the last few years, but am very frustrated with how this cancellation was handled at the last minute without any real explanation.

Liz took all of my requests into consideration and gave me an absolutely wonderful haircut (not an easy thing to do considering how thick my hair is and how long it had grown.) More than that, she was incredibly kind and made me feel well taken care of throughout my appointment. All of the staff that I interacted with were warm and professional. Everyone was also very careful and aware of COVID protocols, which to me was an added bonus.
