He also kindly fit us into his schedule so we could have it done before putting it on market. The removal was one day and the new roof took two due to the high heat index we'd been having. The workers were very care of all landscaping as well as the lanai roof screens. They cleaned everything thoroughly and made passes with their magnet to check for wayward nails on the ground. Once completed Mr Washburn returned for a final review of his team's work and also did another pass with the magnet for any stray nails.
