Eddie is a great talker and tells you he can do everything and really lets you believe he can be trusted. I had a full rehab for my house including painting, new flooring, new vanities, all new light fixtures, basically total overhaul. The original bid was $23,900. I have pets so I specifically told Eddie I would be moving into an Airbnb so he could get the house done without having to work around me and I did not want my pets stressed by all the noise and activity. He agreed that the job would be done in 4 weeks. During this time, he decided to accept a bathroom remodel in my neighbors house at the same time. He only works from about 9am to 4pm with a lunch break. He was 2 weeks past the deadline and still was not finished!! He submitted receipts from the hardware store for me to pay that were parts he bought for my neighbors job! He has now charged me over $34,000 for my job that was supposed to cost $24,944. That is a 30% mark up!! The work site was an absolute disaster, they left my house in terrible shape. They sprayed my floors with glue remover and did not protect my furniture (he promised all furniture would be protected and covered) which has now eaten the stain off several pieces of my antique furniture. He took all my books and piled them on my mattress and did not cover my mattress so not only was it exposed to toxic chemicals from the glue remover he used, the mattress was filthy because he never covered it even though he promised he would. He did not wire my ceiling fans correctly so I had to pay an electrician to come and re-wire them. Ge burnt out 1 ceiling fan with his bad wiring and the electrician said it needs to be replaced. He also left screws loose on the bedroom fans so they would eventually fall from the ceiling. He stored all his tools in my garage and left such a mess, I tripped over his cords and hurt myself pretty badly. Even once I moved back in, everyday they would throw trash on the floors inside the house and then leave. Every night I would have to go around cleaning up all their trash. He bills you for items that are not complete and then expects payment even though items are not completed. I bought all the materials and because he was so disorganized, he lost several parts that I had to re- purchase. I have never seen such a messy, disorganized job site in my 30 years of property management where I worked with hundreds of contractors over the years. I could keep going, but I am sure you get the point t. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, WORST DECISION EVER! Total incompetent and can't complete job on time because they only work about 5 to 6 hours a day.

When we moved in the master bath sink faucet was a used facet, with calcium deposit all over it (we are on a well)??? Master shower did not have hot water (come to find out after cutting a hole in the wall, the hot and cold pipes are switched and they used a knock off of a Moen water valve (no wonder it was leaking), Air conditioner did not work and now 2 years later the blower motor had to be replaced, after we moved in and used the dishwasher, it wouldn't work (burnt wire nut), rough electric contractors asked me who did the finish electric because they were never asked to come back...... (so who did it)?, there is splattered paint, chucks of mortar and stucco all over the front and back Lanias, garage corner and front porch columns did not have caps on top of fake brick base and were left looking sloppy, tray ceiling and light is not centered with Picture window in dinning room and window crooked and very hard to lock, garage door into the house fell off 2 days after moving in because it only was being held up with thin 1" screws, we did not get any shelves for either bathroom vanities (told us they cost extra), granite snack bar wobbles, gap in corner of patio doors (you can see outside), tan grout on white base trim throughout house. Called and sent an itemized excellent sheet by rooms a week before the 1 year warranty and still have not had any response (1.5 years later), much less finishing the list from my walk through inspection. As far as the value-the cheapest lights and windows you could buy! Quality-none!!! Service-absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE unless you enjoy talking to a message machine and no return call(s), I was told she would send pictures because we were from out of town but I would have to wait several weeks to get them after calling several times and talking to an answering machine. Thanks to having neighbors that would go over and take pictures for me. No idea who could rate this company anything over a 0! But if I don't put something, then anything I said would not make anyone looking to build with them a reason to look what happened to me. I wouldn't try to sell this as a spec home much less a "custom home".

The finished paint work was completed, door panels, cabinet frames, all new soft close door hinges, an upgrade. The cabinet guys are work oriented, no complaints, no smoke. The employees on our project (except for Sandra and Eva - they rock) lack attention to detail. We had incorrect doors hung on one cabinet, 2 cabinets gouged due to careless removal, and vent and plumbing cuts that look like my 5 year cut them, the hardware/fixtures where installed sloppily and crooked, our microwave vent was broken during reinstallation. We even had a guy leave for lunch and never return. Bob immediately took responsibility and brought in a gentleman by the name of Mark who fixed what he could. Fast forward to backsplash installation. I had to call the office to have the install instructions explained by Bob. We were all on the same page so I thought. After 1/2 days work the job was not completed and the tile was hung so poorly that it needs to be taken down and rehung correctly. I emailed Bob and this is the response I got: Good morning, It appears that at this point we/AHRC owe you a full credit for the backsplash. Please feel free to seek a different installer. The balance will be minus the backsplash tile credited back to you. Thank you While I appreciate the tile credit what about all the other damages?
