They always honor their work and word even with little touch ups or concerns. I have noted that they find the time to work with their clients to address their wants and needs. They performed a full color change PPF on my corvette c8 back in Fall 2024, and I loved their work and team so much I brought my other vehicle the next year. I have always been bit particular with some parts especially minor bubbles, lifting or creases. This is due to my prior experiences with vinyl wrap and detailing, which are expected. The notable thing here is Davey always did his best to listen and acknowledge + perform touch ups to key areas of concern with follow up appointments or whenever I reached out. Even with some conflicting schedules, they did their absolute best to accommodate. In addition to Empire Custom Wraps consistently performing high quality work, they do a variety of services, have a waiting lounge and are easy to get along with. I have also attended some of their hosted events and they were fun, engaging and just a great time. This as well as with many other reasons are why I brought back my other vehicle to them, refer others and always keep them in mind. They always keep their clients at the center of their services, perform amazing work, and most importantly are passionate and communicative. They did an exceptional job on my 2022 Tesla Model 3. It was previously wrapped in 3M Vinyl since June of 2022. I reached out, collaborated with Davey + Natasha regarding a specific color I wanted, and they confirmed they had worked with that material before, and would update me when the PPF arrived so I can plan my drive down from San Jose. Yes I drove both my cars, all the way from the Bay Area to them. That's how great Empire Custom Wraps are! They removed my Tesla's old Vinyl, reported there were no issues with that and performed full color PPF Change. After a few months I drove down for a touch up and despite them being very busy that day, Davey made it a promise that he would do this for me before I drove up. They even invited me to some of their hosted events and ask if I'm in town to bring this car to help showcase their work. This shows how much they care about each vehicle they wrap. The value you get out of a service that they perform is well worth it. Pricing is competitive and reasonable. The work they do is difficult and requires very careful attention to detail, body lines, the type of product they use and so much more.

They put a rookie on both jobs (unknown to me) and he royally screwed the 230i job with horrible trim cuts that were crooked and jagged. The M4 was not great work but better than the 230i. That was a complete abortion. I complained and the rookie called his boss and agreed to fix it. When I went to pick it up after FOUR DAYS at the shop, it was not finished and was told they fired the rookie and another tech would take over. I refused to let them mess with my car anymore and took it home. I have since contested the charge with my bank since Ceramic Pro refused to refund me. Amateur hour, for sure. P

Bubbles everywhere and PPF film has stretch marks and what appears to be fingerprint marks. I paid for full car PPF and a part of the trunk was not covered at all. Scratches on the windshield tint, and when they replaced it, even more scratches were there. Been trying to get the owner, Kyle, to call me to no avail! His PPF installer told me that he would get him to call me to hopefully have a meeting, but nothing! No calls or messages! There are over 30 bubbles and plenty of debris caught in the film. They said the windshield tint will be replaced again, but nothing, no call or message! I was told that I have a warranty, but what good is that when I cannot get anything done. I didn't even want to submit a negative review because I was waiting for Kyle to reach out, but it's clear that he is ignoring me. This is the worst PPF job that I have seen and others cannot believe it as well. I've had people say, "why didn't they just redo it and make it better", but this company doesn't believe in that. No reply from the owner is why this review is written, so everyone can know how horrible of a job this company did on my car and how they do not stand by their work. If anyone wants to see their work on my car, please reach out to me so you can see for yourself. I took another car to Clear Pro and they did a fantastic job. Clear Pro does charge more for their work, but is miles better with everything! This company isn't trustworthy and tells the customer that the car is protected. The car may be protected, but looks terrible while doing so. I really wanted to work something out with the owner, but how can we since he never returns any messages. This was a big mistake taking my car to Ceramic Pro Elite! From now on, just Clear Pro for me and I advise anyone else to go there as well. UPDATE: To show how untrustworthy this owner is, never did Kyle show up or call me to see the many imperfections the PPF has! I will be more than happy to show anyone personally what a horrible job that they did! The first car was ceramic coated ONLY! No PPF at all! As far as I can tell, the ceramic coating is good, but we are talking about PPF. I guess Kyle thinks that they applied PPF on both cars! This only shows their lack of professionalism. When picking up my car, I could see stretch marks, bubbles, and no PPF on the back of the trunk! They reluctantly worked on it and made it worse, then after a 2 weeks adjustment time, they tried to adjust the many flaws, only to make things worse! Even the windshield tint was worse! Kyle is only trying to save face, but has done nothing to fix things! Ask him if he has ever called me or returned any messages? This is absolutely the worse company to install PPF. Even the installer stated that there are a lot of bubbles and he'll have Kyle contact me! No contact at all! I have taken the car to Lexus and to Clear Pro, and they cannot believe how bad the install was! If anyone wants proof, please message me here or in Google and I will show you my car! Bubbles are hard to see on pictures! With the ridiculous reply from this owner, I will now take this further to the Better Business Bereau and see if there is a main Ceramic Pro Office! The tint has zero bubbles and is perfect I have washed the cars a few times now and can see the ceramic coating working as it should. He paint corrected before applying due to wash swirls from the dealership. My car has an even gloss shine to it. We were gonna wrap my rear bumper but he felt painting it was smarter long term for such a small piece. I could not find a flaw in any of his work and I was looking hard for it! The thing that made me pick Jerry over others is his history of positive reviews, his personality, his pricing, and ultimately he did the work. So I turned to Yelp and started asking around. That's how I ended up at Nlabs. Right off the bat, Nik was really freaking nice and had me come in asap to get a look at my car and to let me look at all the colors and brands he had available. I went in with a certain color in mind so I looked through ALL of his samples. Multiple times. Gotta give Nik major props for being so kind and patient with me through that in itself lol. He was very honest. He told me the brands he stands by and gave me all the information needed. He was never pushy. I never felt forced or pressured to give him my business. I left that day with a quote and all his contact info. Again, no pressure from him. I left not knowing I would end up getting my car wrapped with him. I went on to get different quotes from different businesses. Most of them made it sound like removing the old wrap was going to be a huge hassle.
