Within minutes he had it up and running, explained how I was overheating the battery by constantly charging it, and sold me a little "fan base" that the laptop can sit on when I'm at my desk. I explained that I had a full schedule of back-to-back meetings and had already canceled my doctor's appointment so I could return later if necessary. Despite explaining my situation, she refused to accommodate me. I returned at 11:00 a.m. and ended up waiting approximately two hours before my fingerprints were finally taken. While I was waiting, I asked Imelda if the person who takes fingerprints had arrived. She replied, "That's me," and explained that she hadn't been able to take me earlier because she needed to help other clients. I understand that other customers also need assistance, but I was a customer with a scheduled appointment. If appointments cannot be honored, then they should not be offered. I rearranged my work schedule and canceled a medical appointment based on the expectation that my scheduled appointment would be respected. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that other customers do not have a similar experience in the future.

They did hard bound books for a friend of mine and not only did they use the wrong size wire-o but the glue that they used on the book covers had a lot of bubbles. The staff member refused to acknowledge that the work was poorly done and said that was how it was suppose to look. The interesting thing is that the back covers of the books were smooth not bubbles and some books had bubbles on the front cover and some books did not so obviously that was not a normal process. If you want to have books printed there I would suggest you go somewhere else. Not good value for the price.
