They have ample parking in their private lot. What's actually interesting about this service is that they're located towards the back of the Texas Gun Club store when you come in. Before you walk towards the back of the store, check yourself in first at the computers along the right side of the store so that IdentoGo knows you've arrived. I think on this particular day, they had only 1 of the 2 fingerprinting machines running. But, the wait wasn't very long. They called my name and brought me in. I was done with fingerprinting and paying within 15-20 minutes. The woman who was helping me with the fingerprinting was sweet and professional. Don't forget to bring a valid drivers license and credit card. They do not take copies of ID nor do they accept cash. It was also under $40 for fingerprinting, which wasn't expensive. Overall, their service was efficient. One more thing - they do take walk ins, but it won't be as efficient as if you had an appointment. They might tell you to come back another day.

As a new walk in applicant for my TWIC card, I was pleasantly surprised that the entire process was completed less than 25 minutes, and that's being second in line. The receptionist was semi-welcoming and direct, which made the experience speedy & smooth. Ms. Moe the staff member who handled my fingerprints, was extremely knowledgeable and made everything quick and easy to understand. I also like that my new TWIC card comes with the added benefit of TSA pre check; it feels like a two in one win. Overall this was a smooth, efficient, and friendly experience from start to finish. Ms. Moe even provided a hard case landyard for when my TWIC card comes They also host CDL classes here, and once you've earned your certification they place you on their wall of fame, which is such a beautiful thing. Walking their halls, I had a feeling of inclusivity, "I wanna be part of the team on the wall". That's how beautiful the presentation was presented.

They never fail to be rude and condescending. I showed up 20 minutes early and there was no one in line before me. The "lady" looked at me like I was crazy for thinking she might want to get ahead of the rush by taking me early. "NO. Sit down and wait for your appointment time. I won't take you before then" So I sat while she stood an stared at the wall for 10 minutes. At 10 minutes before my appointment, she decided she would do her job and take me. I told her I'd wait until my appointment and she got huffy. Okay, so what exactly was the point? To assert your authority? Make yourself feel important? If you don't like your job, find another one. Life is too short to be rude just for fun.
