Thuy the RMT is amazing at addressing any concerns and offers stretches to help with issues after. Tried out the new location in Langley. Spa is beautiful. Super bright and airy and big too. Booked RMT- unable to book online but was able to book via email with response promptly. RMT is only through one therapist which is only on Tuesdays... bummer, I hope there will be more options later since places like Spautopia has many RMTs so it's easy to have a spa date. Lounge is beautiful- so bright ... only wish there was an option for it to be dimmer for a more relaxing... nap inducing experience. There's some snacks and water/tea availab Massage was lovely. Change room is big- was a bit odd there was no body wash but shampoo and conditioner in the shower stall. Sauna is small but complimentary to use with appointments.

Limina has a plethora of options for facials, so much so that I really had no idea what I wanted or needed. so when I arrived Jessica walked out to greet me, looking at my skin. Yes, it is a little unnerving, but it's what I asked for... and she promptly decided on my skin care treatment. She lead me into a room with what can only be described as the most comfortable facial bed ever. I got undressed and into the soft sheets by the time she was back. Jessica takes her time and does things rhythmically and methodically. While other facials have included painful extraction, Jessica's was... well, heavenly. The extraction was literally pain and thus flinch free. And while your scrubs/steams/masks/lotions are working their magic, her hands are working their magic on you. One of the most relaxing massages in memory. I signed up for their membership, which I wasn't planning to do... but 30% off any treatment once a month? That makes it affordable to come in and get a facial regularly. And the facials? Are heaven. Particularly when you're in Jessica's hands. The entire experience cost less than expected, which pleased me greatly.

However, two days ago I went in for another eyebrow wax with the same esthetician, and came out with a very different result. I asked her to please leave the body of my brow the same width and simply to clean up and define the outline and remove stray hairs. I emphasized that I didn't want the width of my brows to change significantly, and that symmetry was my #1 priority. I also told her that my eyebrow hairs are quite easy to kill off and I would prefer trimming over tweezing/waxing if applicable. Well..... I came out with both eyebrows significantly thinner, asymmetrical in width and length, and with a patch of unwaxed hairs under my right arch. I shared these concerns with the esthetician. She mumbled something about how one side probably wouldn't grow back and hustled me out of the room. She had already applied eyebrow makeup (which I didn't want due to my concerns about infection, esp on freshly waxed skin) without asking me, and this made it even more difficult to really assess the situation, but when I went home, washed my face and really had a look, I was horrified. I have attached a picture below for you all to see for yourselves. I tried calling Limina. I told the receptionist my issue, and she immediately said she'd call me back. Once she did, all she said was "Sure, I guess you can come back now if you want her to fix it." Having been burned already, with a response like that, you can imagine that I didn't return and never will.

First you are greeted , and then taken to change room/locker room. You get your locker with a key, a cosy and warm bathrobe, slippers and anything else like a rubber band or face mask. The bathroom has toilet and showers. Vanity has all the required items like a blow dry , roller, pins and stuff. Change and be seated in the relaxing lounge to have a cup of tea or wine until ur esthetician comes to take you to your room for services. Omg, my esthetician was having the most soft hands i ever felt. She was very professional and did good job. Whole experience was relaxing and smooth. Massage bed is heated and they don't uncover your whole body but parts by parts to massage so you are warm and covered the whole time ( letting the shy people know that ) . They have cool range of products to pick from and also they would suggest if that suits your skin type. Once your service is done, you can still relax m chill in the lounge and pay to leave whenever you are ready. I haven't tried anything else there but they do have manicures, pedicures and make up application counter apart from facials and massages so check th out.

I developed a rare skin condition (don't worry, I'm not contagious) that I was really conscious and insecure about people seeing. I became even more stressed about it knowing that I was going to be on stage for the world to see. But I was so fortunate to have Tessa's expertise and nurturing touch to help settle my nerves. She provided me with a body exfoliation followed by a body bronze (spray tan). It was MAGIC! My skin felt and looked amazing. My body was smooth and had a wonderful healthy glow - it honestly looked very natural (not "the orange" that people typically associate with spray tans). With proper care, it lasted me for weeks and I received so many wonderful compliments on my tan. I'm happy to know of a healthier alternative to tanning salons. Tessa, the owner, makes you feel at ease right from the very beginning when you call to inquire/book with them. By the end you feel like family (the good kind). The services are of the highest standard and quality, with proper healthcare standards adhered to throughout the visit. The entire team is friendly, outgoing, funny and a true pleasure to welcome into my home. I, along with others received a variety of services including massage, facials, manis and pedis. Everyone including myself couldn't stop talking about them for the rest of the night, and most of us still bring it up to this day. Definitely plan of having Mojo's over again!
