I did 2 weeks of research trying not to get scammed. Found AirRyd after about 10 days and ended up watching lots of their videos, some that were just a few weeks old! Everything he mentioned in the videos came true, even down do the Russian nationality of the carrier driver! I sit behind a desk as a data analyst. Car shipping is a different world. Even if you don't choose AirRyd, watch his videos!!! Car shipping is like a conveyor belt. Once your car is on the belt, it's a 'load' in the shipping world, nothing more than a commodity to be loaded onto a truck and the shipping machine takes over to process your load, in a somewhat impersonal way. This is probably the only time I'll ship a car in my entire life. AirRyd prepared me for the inevitability of the experience. In the end, a great experience! I calculate that I saved somewhere between $300 and $500 by using AirRyd. Their total price was double the lowest (obvious scam) estimates, and about 30% lower than the highest estimates. This is entirely due to their up-front fully disclosed (and lowest) fee in the business. Do your own math. Today diesel is $5.30/gal-ish, and large car carriers get maybe 6mpg. Using that alone I could tell very early that the $500 quotes wouldn't even cover the cost of the shipping. Oh, and one more thing: TrustPilot is total bogus. All the scammers pump it with positive reviews to outweigh the negative ones! It's obvious because these really young companies have tons of reviews, and the reputable long established brokers only have a few! So how can that be? Best of Success with your move. John

My air conditioner wasn't working during the hottest months here in Arizona and the owner did his best to check the car even though it was acting up since the air conditioning would usually work in the mornings, but not once it got hot. He was very communicative. He made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way and was very sincere in him wanting to fix the car although it was a mystery what was going on. He went out of his way to check my car outside of business hours and when he finally discovered the issue took the car back and fixed it. I'm so grateful to Motorist Service and would recommend them to anyone wanted efficient, pleasant, fairly priced service. I'm grateful for the kind people who work here. They are resourceful and drop me home & picked me up while my car was getting fixed. They were also reasonably priced and friendly. Their dog Toyota is adorable.

I mentioned this at the time of install and the guy told me that they would be able to handle it for me for FREE when the time came, which I think should be expected considering that every new exhaust should have this treatment. Instead, when I called back they told me that I would have to pay, and then couldn't even give me a straight quote. I was only able to reach two of the nuts on the exhaust, but they didn't need any tightening luckily.
