A great experience from start to finish. I had previously had my windows tinted by another…read morebusiness, but it was not satisfactory, and when I contacted them, I did not even receive the courtesy of a reply. I hear about Sunset Tint and Sign from a previous customer, and I am glad I did. The previous tint was removed, and new tint applied with outstanding results. No air bubbles (as had been present previously, and it looks absolutely fantastic. The cost was far more reasonable than I had previously paid, and it was sure worth it. The guys are most professional. I am most pleased. Two thumbs up!!

We purchased a vehicle from out of state and the front window tint (windscreen and front doors) did…read morenot pass RI State inspection. Sunset Tint took off the tint for us and did an excellent job. The vehicle was left clean and there was no left over residue on the windows. Once inspection was over, we made an appointment to have a clear UV protection added to those windows. It takes a few days for the clear covering to cure and the windshield had a few wavy areas that cleared up as it dried. They let us know this was to be expected and to keep the side windows rolled up for three days, which we did. Work was done a month or so ago and we have no trouble w/bubbles or loose corners coming up. The work is well done. They removed the inspection sticker carefully and reapplied it. The easy pass they removed and we reapplied after the windows curing time was over. We had the vehicle back same day in just a couple of hours. That clear UV is keeping the inside of the vehicle cooler and I no longer get a sunburn on long car rides. The parking lot in front of the business is small and my 'pick up' driver when I dropped off the vehicle had to park on the side street as there were no spots in front. The staff here are easy to work with, appointments have been on-time and I had the vehicle back same-day both times.

Terrible customer service - poor and unprofessional communication skills…read more The entire order was messy and frustrating. Started with them telling me one thing and my co-worker another - basically lied about what he said in regards to the deadlines and coordinating to get it done. I had to resend files multiple times because "they didn't get it" nonsense. Search your inbox. There's no excuse for that these days. Misprinted the graphic - emailed (no response) and called them to discuss - got someone on the phone and they said they would call me back. They didn't call me back. We just wanted it to be reprinted correctly and were actually going to give them more business...I understand things get busy and people forget to call back and I do try and give people the benefit of the doubt but that is one of many things that went wrong...They misprinted the graphic, you would think if they had any standard for quality and pride in their work that they would act urgently to correct an error for a customer - a customer who wanted to give them more business....that was 110% our mistake. If that wasn't bad enough, due to time restraints, we tried to work with them again. We needed a rush job and they said it could be done. All previous invoices had been sent to me and this job they decided to send it my co-worker who was on the road.... I placed the order for the signs Tuesday morning and needed them Wednesday afternoon for a show. I got them all the necessary files that morning and approved the cost over the phone. They waited until 4:30pm on Tuesday to call me about not getting the sign off for the invoice, when I did approve it over the phone and told them to call with any issues because it was a rush job. They emailed the invoice to the wrong person, and by the time they got in touch it was too late... Unfortunately, overall it was just a terrible experience...I don't ever write reviews, but I think others should be forewarned - I wish I had.
