Excellent service, amazing end product, and extremely professional staff! We would HIGHLY recommend Sign-Express to anyone needing a sign! Kayla was always responsive, and so easy to work with! read more

I really enjoyed working with their people, especially Hannah and Jamie the installer. They are thorough and attentive to every detail. They produced a beautiful sign for our church "The Fathers House" in Liberty Tx. And we all love it! I would certainly use them again. read more

The sign is nice, it took about 10 months to get it installed, the service was not the best. the training was poorly explained, until i got Robert to explain it to me. i did alot of the measurements for the sign to be installed on our grounds the only time i saw anyone is when they came to install so all the work was done through email, the sign works great once you learn how to use the program read more

"Paid deposit for room signage in November after approved shop drawings. Project has had three PMs and multiple attempts to obtain a delivery ETA have gone unanswered. Hoping management can help resolve this. "It 5 months later no one has picked up the ball. read more

If you see any positive reviews of Sign Express in Houston, they're probably paid reviews or posted by family. This company has bilked our little church in North Texas out of $29,000. Repeated broken promises of delivery and installation since September, with the latest being that a crew would arrive in Sherman, Texas yesterday to being installation prep for Saturday. It didn't happen. No reason to think anything will change. We want our money back - we are a small church of mostly elderly people. Shame, shame, shame, Sign Express. This seems to be a pattern from what I've researched on various platforms, including BBB. Will contact a Houston TV station to see if they would like to do a broadcast of your shady business practices. Will also be contacting an attorney. Just answer phone calls, and return our money - in a cashier's check, please. No faith that you would send a check that wouldn't bounce. This whole situation makes me angry over the way they are treating our church but also over what it's doing to the pastor, who happens to be my husband. He's serving this church in a retired capacity. read more

I had vinyl on my doors installed about 3 months ago. It is already peeling on the top and bottom. I emailed Kayla on 10/21/2021, but she has not contacted me. I called and spoke with Danielle and forwarded the photos on 10/27/2021, but I have not heard back either. I called the office at (281) 990-6014 just now and call went directly to voicemail and disconnected after 2 minutes, while I was still leaving a message. Can someone address the issue? I have used Sign-Express over 3 times now and I feel like the company is not standing behind its products. read more

If you are looking for a sign company to create your sign, this is not the company. I don't believe the positive reviews are legitimate. We have had nothing but problems with this company. They do not return calls, and they do not follow through with their commitment. They said they would refund us 30% Restock Fee, of which we have not received, nor do they answer any of our calls. After reviewing the post at the bottom that have been removed from viewing (you should read them, they are the true reviews) I think they are running scams. I really would not recommend them! Be warned! As in the review from B.I. in San Francisco, we are dealing with the identical situation. Maybe we should do a class action suit against them. read more

I loved Sara! She was a great project coordinator. Very professional and knowledgeable, answered all our questions. Would buy from them again read more

We ordered a sign from them and on the first time we received it, was damaged and had to send back to them. It then sat in their facility for an additional 3 weeks before they repaired it and sent it back to us. When we received it the second time, it was created very well but missing the cover for a letter. We then had it installed and one section of the sign didn't work. I've not had an electrician there 3 separate times to install it and still can't finish the job. Their customer service is horrible. The owner is a real piece of work to deal with. Last time I spoke with him regarding the sign not working , he stated he'd have someone contact us regarding sending the defective sign back for them to repair. It's been a month now and no responses via phone or email from them. They did send the led light for me to have installed at my cost. Would never buy from again. read more

Our church was in need of a new sign to put on the front lawn; however, our local village sign law significantly limited the options we had in the type, size and illumination we could select. After contacting several widely known sign companies, Sign-Express was the only one who seemed willing to customize a sign expressly for our needs and within the limits put on us by the village sign law. We had a very good several week interchange with the Sign-Express designer, exchanging ideas, and sketches by e-mail and phone. The result was a very well-built and attractive sign well within our church's budget that has been very well received the the church members and the wider community. read more

I signed a contract for an LED sign in 12-2020 for install in March 2021. I paid the 50% deposit in March 2021 and they did not order the LED modules until May 2021 and said they were on back order. I think they just used my money to operate on and not buy my sign parts. Once they get the money from you they don't return calls or emails. it is now 7-26-2021 and I still do not have a sign. They will use every excuse in the book not to get you sign complete. Weather, car wreck, wedding. I sure a death will be the next excuse when I can catch them on the phone. read more

We gave the company a deposit of $16229.70 on 9/13/19. Our township denied the permits and and we were told we could get our money back. We signed a client refund letter on 9/13/2020. We even agreed to a 20% restock fee. They have been silent for months saying they only cut a check once a month. They are ignoring all our calls and emails. read more

We purchased three signs for our bank. Due to COVID, production took a few more months than initially agreed to. No problem with that. Signs are installed and are beautiful but service after payment and installation has been lacking. We did not receive training on how to operate and one of our signs that has solar panels is not lit at night. We have reached out numerous times through phone calls and email for help with operating these signs. Still no resolution. The company has a great product but do not expect support after the sell. read more

This is a poorly managed company. They don't pay their employees what they owe them. Stay away from them!

WARNING !!!! I think these guys might be Thieves and Crooks. At the very least they are incompetent boobs that are too scared to pick up the phone. I ordered and paid for a sign 6 months ago. I was told it would take 6-8 weeks and I've heard zero from them. I keep calling them and no one calls me back. Sent email after email nothing. I reported to BBB and I'm probably going to have to sue them to get our money back read more

Horrible customer service and extremely long lead times on signs. We placed an order for our sign on the 28th of July 2017. We received our sign NINE months later after calling our leasing company and telling them we still haven't received it. During that process we were given excuse after excuse as to why the sign hadn't been delivered. Once we finally received the sign in mid-late April the sign would not communicate. Fast forward to today and we still do not have a functional sign, they are telling us it does not communicate and they want us to do their diagnostic procedures to make the sign work, I thought this is why we hired a company to do this?!? I wouldn't recommend this company at all! read more
