The owner, Mike Rizzuto, is highly unprofessional and how he has stayed in business this long is a complete mystery to me! He doesn't do what he says he is going to and this is air conditioning, in Texas!! I asked him to call me the night before he was supposed to install the new unit so I could make plans and coordinate with work. I own a business and I can't just drop everything and stay home. He called me 15 minutes prior to him being at my house! I can't do that! No one can do that! So, we arrange for his people to come to my house Sunday morning, my only day off in a 60 hour work week, at 7:00AM! They showed up and 3 hours later, I'm told they have the wrong part!?!?! And can't finish until Monday "sometime". I call Mike who then gets ugly with me and hangs up!? WORST customer service ever. I understand that he is in business to make money... but he should not be in business if he treats his customers this way!

I had the pleasure of working Adam Javan who went above and beyond our expectations. At each stage, Adam ensured we were comfortable with every selection; he never pressured us to move quickly; and he always laid out the pros and cons of our selection. Not only was Adam helpful, but he was EXTREMELY flexible; we made the mistake of having loose language in our lease in regards to our signage and our land lord nitpicked at every design we submitted. Thankfully Adam was there and he rolled with the punches. I think we submitted five different designs before one was approved, and every time one was rejected we contacted Adam and he was quick to get another design out for us. We highly recommend Sparkle Signs and thank Adam for all his help!

Said it would take three business days. I called the next day. They had not worked up my prototype. I called again the next day and they said an email had been sent to me to approve the form. I had nothing that said Houston Sign Company. Called again and they said the email was from an individual. All the trash emails I get and they think I'm going to know who this is? I found the lady's email and approved it. Three business days later I called to set a time to pick up the signs. They said they had not even started on it. They sold me a product they did not have. I said "Why didn't you call me?". She said they sent me an email. Why would I be looking for an email. I never found the email. They should have called me. I approved new materials. Because of the screw up on their end, i asked that they expedite delivery. I requested next day. They refused me and took three full days. Because of their screw up I could not get the signs to my friend till the next week. What I thought would be simple turned into a big project because of Houston Sign Company. Not using them again.

Gal-erys are much better than Guy-erys, because I'm not into guys, but I'd say a lot of the male customers here are... heyyyy. If that's your thing, go for it. This is the pretty awesome place located in Montrose on Alabama. We absolutely love all of their neon designs and their signs. They custom make them so there's nothing generic or corporate about this. It's just a local artist making amazing neon signs and his designs and handiwork are expert and perfection. It's not cheap but it's not as expensive as you might imagine either. It makes a really great gift for hanging on the wall as you can see from the other reviewer, and I might be getting Barbie one of these signs in the near future. To me, this place is more art gallery, than neon sign store. He doesn't seem to keep any sort of signs made up. Everything is created individually. It's just so cool.

Mark said he would send about 30 different designs for us to select from. I thought it was excessive but fine - send 30 different designs. What we got was 8 different formats of the address that looked like a middle school kid put together on PowerPoint. None incorporated the building and half of the formats sent had the address of our building misspelled. Of the 8 different formats of letters, they sent it in multiple different colors. I told Mark that getting the same format in 100 different colors doesn't mean he's sending me 100 different "designs" and the "designs" that were sent have NOTHING to do with following the guidelines I wanted the logo to follow. None had incorporated the building. If you want to lose $1000 and get 100 variations of a PowerPoint presentation, hire them. If you want to spend a fraction of that and have a real graphic design artist create a logo - go to UpWork. I posted the same guidelines on UpWork - had an estimate provided to me for $450 and the guy delivered EXACTLY what I was asking for on the first try. Logo Houston was an absolute waste of time and waste of money.
