Either way here's my experience: I was looking for someone to make a 12" sign. I talked to Terry, the owner of the business, on the phone and he asked me to email him the design for the sign. After not hearing back from Terry for a few days, Cara reached out to me and was very helpful. Unfortunately, after some conversation back and forth via email, the project kept seeming to be forgotten. Cara even offered to make a second sign for free as an apology, which I accepted, but I never heard from anyone at Inkbox Printing again. I had a much better experience ordering a decal online. They printed my design and shipped it to my door in 3 days for $30.

All my orders have come back quick and done very well. No matter how big or small the projects it is the same great customer service. Titans has done such a good job I have referred them to my friends who have looked for sign makers and other graphics related projects who have in turn experienced the same quality service and since then have continued the business relationships. As a supporter of small business I have 100% confidence he can compete and exceed expectations against the other competitors.

But I have also purchased t-shirts, decals and car magnets over the years. I referred my brother to this company and they have also made products for him. I was impressed with a rear window (see-thru) car banner that he made for my brother recently. This company has not disappointed me. They use quality materials and their products are tough/well made. Also, they can create any kind of graphics for you. No matter what you need, they can create it, and it will look professional. The owner, Philip, is a graphics genius. Need business cards? They can do it. Need a big sign installed at your business? They can do it. Need your vehicle wrapped? They can do it. Speaking of vehicle wraps, I have seen their work up close. I don't know how they do it - but what I have seen looks perfect. I have seen party buses that they wrapped that looked amazing. Not just cars, but they can wrap just about anything. They don't just create things, they create and install. They even install electrical signs. Anyway, I can highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for the type of products and services that they offer.
