I've had the same work done on a previous car elsewhere, but I was not happy about the job. I had mentioned this to Tammy whom assisted me throughout this process. She reassured me of their products they use, their craftsmanship, and they even offer 10 year warranty on their PPF. The service took about 3 days and Tammy was extremely communicative throughout the entire process. She was very informative and prompt with getting things done from start to finish. We went over the car before and after the service, and she was a real beauty! I'm so happy I chose them and how well they took care of my car. As far as pricing goes, I was lucky enough to catch them running a holiday December special. I believe it was 15% off for two services, which saved me quite a bit. Update to my previous experience rating. I took my Aston Martin V8 Vantage for a ceramic coating…read moreand window tint job recently. I had rated AFS a 2 star due to an unfortunate follow up experience with a less than helpful customer rep who could not explain clearly why the car's surface felt strange. Turns out the ceramic coating doing it's job properly was the reason for my concern! It was unfortunate the rep blamed the environment, missing an opportunity to promote the positive aspects of the ceramic coating. I was able to schedule a 2nd follow up visit to address some items previously missed in my service session. I have to hand it to Mario, my initial service rep, who stepped up to provide great follow up and made sure all my concerns where taken care of to my satisfaction. Mario's acknowledgment of my previous questionable experience and his attention to make it right made a world of difference. If anyone plans to visit the Midtown AFS facility in the future, definitely ask for Mario! As I commented in my previous post, the overall quality of the ceramic coating work was fantastic!

I had shopped around and decided to go with him not only because he quoted me around $1000 less than other places, but also because he is known for his flawless paint matching and quality of work. When I went to pick up my vehicle, he mentioned that I can bring it back after 2 months or so and he would help me buff it out since the clear coat can start coming off since it needs to cure.
