Used this company for several years after their evaluation that our market was "lacking in…read moresophistication" and would "be easy to get top results" within three months. Over 18 months, multiple requests for google analytics or anything that could substantiate any progress and all they provided was marketing documents, and in-house created documents by them intending to prove their results. 18 months and the site they worked on moved our company back on the SEO dial. Bottom line is this company cannot be trusted and their efforts were disingenuous. They will take your money and provide nothing.

They would not release the work to me unless they scammed me out of double the rate that I had screen shots of the agreement. I waisted days on working with them. They ONLY work with texts so extremely time consuming to make revisions on graphic designs that way. But I went with it and now realize it was a scam to get extra money. Very Disappointing. Still can't believe it. I always trust people to be honest.

We went through 10 different designs before I found one that I really liked. We then went through another 10 edits on that design to come up with the finished product. I hired Dezyon Digital to redesign the Home Page of a website and migrate my existing website to a…read morenew theme. I was charged $800. They chose to use their own theme instead of mine, which I found very confusing and counterproductive. Their reasoning was that they would transfer the work done once completed. But after 2 weeks , it was far from completed. We provided very clear instructions on the changes needed, along with diagrams. The main issues were: Images were inconsistent in size and proportions Duplicate images were included Images appeared fuzzy Numerous spelling errors were present Incorrect titles were assigned to various items Unauthorized images unrelated to our products were displayed The logo was completely wrong, which was provided to them. The account manager kept saying things would be fixed but they kept getting worse. I could tell by some of the grammar that was put on the site, that someone did not know English very well. Which tells me this project was done overseas and not in Texas where they are listed. They refuse to give me a refund and I am now hiring someone new to start all over.
