I was told they weren't able to do the cancelation on their end and to contact my bank. I returned the next morning, spoke with the manager, and was assured she'd "try everything" to stop the order -- yet no cancellation was processed, and the glasses were still made. I was never notified they were ready and later found out the store misrepresented the situation to my bank stating I never expressed any concerns to them. When I returned a month later I raised my concerns again, I was told they'd just tell the bank I "refused" the glasses. Truly the worst experience I've ever had at an optical. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My entire family goes here and so far he and his staff have been wonderful. They engage very well with my daughter (3 y/o) and she is not someone who takes to strangers (much less doctors) easily. I was a patient, last in 2021 before Covid hit. She huffed and told me I am no longer considered an existing patient which means I have to go to the end of the list. I have blurry vision in the mornings! My eyes itch and water! It has been months now and getting worse. I know the doctors are great - I've been there, my friend Marty at Trapp originally recommended them. It would probably take one quick look for them to explain what is going on. They have three doctors and no appointments until the end of October. I've already been to urgent care and they couldn't help me. 'Said to see an ophthalmologist... I guess that type of practice doesn't accommodate sick visits.
