Nothing fancy here, a cash register outside, think 'like buying on the farm' with great prices.

I'm still not happy with the follow up call I received from the manager (don't remember her name) as it was quite unprofessional and not customer focused at all. However, I do like their bark product and they got the delivery right the second time. So right now I'm neutral on them. Next time I buy bark, I will consider this company but will definitely explore other options as well.

The website is what is lacking and hence my 4 stars. They could hire a millennial for relatively little money to build a kick ass website. Another company, orchids.com has a great website but their plants are not that healthy, the plants are packed poorly, they are over priced and their customer service is poor, so I don't understand why this company, who has wonderful plants and good customer service, doesn't get a better website.

I was warmly greeted by Octavio, the owner, and he answered all my questions. At this point I was just getting ideas for our backyard landscaping. Fast forward one month and we again received great customer service from Octavio. We picked out two Queen palms and decided to have him deliver and plant them our backyard (his fees for planting were very reasonable!)
