The first day of the project there was fighting, yelling, and the use of obscenities on my property. I received multiple calls from neighbors because they were causing such a scene. I later learned that one crew member was visibly intoxicated while speaking with one of my neighbors. After leaving, he backed the work truck into someone at a liquor store, attempted to leave the scene without providing any information, and then drove again and ended up crashing into a ditch. We have many young children in our neighborhood, and knowing that an intoxicated worker was driving in our area is incredibly disturbing and unacceptable. I reached out to the company and was told they apologized to my one neighbor that called them and the employee was being dealt with and it wasn't a big deal. Turns out this employee was a family member they were protecting. I also requested some kind of financial compensation and wasn't offered anything! Then I received the final bill for the project and they had not finished the gutters or roof vents. I went on vacation with my family for a week and received 9 phones calls demanding payment that was not due for another few weeks. After I paid the bill I was told they would come out and finish the job, then was sent another bill after completion with extra added charges. This project has been an absolute nightmare and clearly this company only cares about making money. What should have been a straightforward roofing and gutter installation has instead become a headache of poor craftsmanship, and serious concerns about professionalism and safety. Gustavo was easy to talk with on the phone. We didn't have to wait long for an appointment. The technician, Gabriel was prompt and called when he was on his way. He did an amazing job on our driveway, cleaning off a lot of mold. He took his time and was thorough. Payment was easy through Venmo, and was for the quoted amount. I had initially considered renting a pressure washer and doing it myself and am so, so, so glad I didn't. First of all, it took a lot longer to do the job than I had anticipated. Additionally Gabriel had a different attachment for the walkway and porch that didn't make any mess on the adjacent windows, and I never would have known about that. Prestige Pro Wash did a wonderful job and was a great value for the money. I will happily call them again when needed.

However, after contacting a couple of David's prior clients and viewing photos of their bathroom remodels, we were satisfied that David could do a great job for us! It seems that David is able to underbid his competitors because he and his helper do all the demo, tiling, and hardware installation themselves without relying on other subs. (The one exception was the help of plumbers with the installation of the tub) David had some great ideas with a tiling pattern for our porcelain tub enclosure! We highly recommend hiring David if you're planning a bathroom renovation!
