Parents reading this, if your child is a junior or senior next school year and this opportunity is offered consider letting your child apply to attend. The trip was well organized and I knew my child was in good hands. This trip is planned out from beginning to end with a strict itinerary and everything is included. Meals, airfare, and food. Apparently they don't have enough stuff to secure the other restrooms due to having numbers a amount of students going to the high school is supposedly our short staff and Security but they don't wanna hire anybody. It doesn't make sense anyways my issue is that Kids are going to the restroom. They have to make line and they have a short period to go to the other class so sometimes that's why they're late and the other issue is how they only have two working restroom not my daughter advised me that there's no more restrooms operating so they don't know where to go to the restroom. It's so embarrassing. they're wasting money and something else you see the Staff member driving a nice cars so they have a member for money for vehicles, but they don't have money to fix the restrooms. It was Solorio,…read morebut we heard such great things about the principal and teachers we decided on a intra-district transfer to West. Best decision ever. The teachers my daughters all had were the best. One of my daughters is in the autism spectrum and on an IEP and they have ensured she has always been fully included or treated well. She made great strides attending West. My kids did wonderful at West. The office staff (Including the front desk lady, Ms. Poole and Ms. Fortner, do their jobs well). Mr L is a wonderful principal and will be greatly missed when he leaves this year.

My son has officially been here over half a year and he has learned to count and recognize his numbers up to 100 and he has started addition as well. His language development has improved so much being that he came to school primarily a Spanish speaker. Where I have seen the most improvement is in his social development he has loved coming to school from the very beginning and I have to say it's from how welcoming and kind Ms. Maria and Ms. Marisol are to the students they have. I enjoy receiving pictures of my son at school whenever they have activities also. Lastly, the school itself has a very organized schedule when it comes to payments, lunches and their school curriculum.
