I found Patrick through his rave reviews on Yelp, and after a quick call discussing the size of my apartment and its condition, Patrick was able to book me the next day on a busy Saturday. Patrick and Alex spent 7 hours without break deep cleaning every inch of my home, including shelving, cabinets, vents, electric outlets, walls, ceilings, baseboards, and those cleaned-once-in-a-lifetime nooks and crannies. It was the kind of superb detailing work that truly takes 2 professionals the whole day, and I could have never done it on my own in even a week because I would just give up. They brought new cleaning supplies, fresh smelling non-toxic detergent, a powerful vaccum cleaner, and all the equipment needed to reach all those nooks and crannies. At the end of their job, I felt I could finally relax into my new home, and everything was sparkling and new. My building had to tear into a large main wall to see where the water was coming from and if mold had grown within the wall. I was devastated. I went to stay with family while the work was being done, knowing full well I'd be coming home to a major mess I wasn't prepared to deal with. Patrick to the rescue! I called him while the work was being done. He told me to let him know as soon as the work was completed, and he'd be happy to do a walkthrough for me and squeeze me in so I could get home ASAP. He went to my apartment with his assistant and filmed the walkthrough and sent me the videos. It wasn't as bad as I had thought it would be, but it was still a job that would be too much for me to handle on my own. I knew if I hired Patrick, I could just walk back into my apartment as though nothing had happened. And that is EXACTLY what happened! He spent 1 full day and a morning cleaning the place from top to bottom. Everything was put back precisely according to pictures. I had done a lot of covering of closets, etc., because I was scared my building wouldn't do an adequate job. We had left it that he would check whether or not the inside of closets or cabinets needed to be done once he started the job. He was honest and told me those areas were in great shape; no need for him to add on extra work & extra cost. Not many people would be so honest. Patrick is a gem who knows his business. The night before the cleaners came and I was loading my truck up with important stuff we didn't want on the truck. I picked up my jewelry box, but the lock was open. I crawled around on that dusty floor and picked up all thr pieces (so I thought). The morning of cleaning day we did a walk through. After one of the crew had worked on the room where I'd dropped all of my jewelry there in plain sight were several pieces I missed. From the very first contact (Carlos responded in less than a half of an hour. He was very thorough in explaining what was included and exactly what was extra. He and his crew didn't waste a second's time. Each of them immediately began cleaning as soon as Carlos gave them an assignment. Not for a second did any of the 3 take a break from their right on time arrival for our noon appointment. I believe it took them 3.5 hours. May be more. When Carlos says they clean inside and outside kitchen/ bathroom cabinets and drawers, window and door frames, light fixtures, wood molding, steam mop, vacuum, dust he wasn't kidding. Those are things included. They also bring their own eco-friendly cleaning supplies, mops, steamer, broom, and even garbage bags. If I hadn't just spent 8k to flee the disaster called NYC to another state, I would have absolutely tipped each of them far more. Payment is not expected until they are done. I'm bummed they don't live close to me anymore because I would hire them for twice monthly cleaning in my new place. The pricing is very competitive and every last penny was worth far more. My ONLY regret was completely forgetting to take before and after pics. Don't look elsewhere because if Carlos and his team get too booked, you will have a tough time finding ANYONE like them.
