Wow! This woman-owned business is amazing. I would support before and after photos but it makes me feel ashamed! My husband and I have found our cleaners and will definitely take advantage of rates for regular cleanings. Communication was great - the team was on time and quick. I cannot believe how well they cleaned our apartment in the time they did. Throughout the process everything was communicated well. Covid stuff- masks were worn throughout and we felt safe. We are all vaccinated, but it was a bonus. They also bring everything so it makes the process quicker and more streamlined. I chose this business because I saw them recommended by neighbors, and their excellent reviews. Their prices and what is included is clear and straight-forward. They included more than competitors and didn't upcharge you for them. I'd rather pay a slightly higher base that includes basics like baseboards and tubs than a lower base that ends up being way more because of upcharges. I also think it's a more honest system. Quality and service are just as important as price. The products used smell great, and worked really well to make everything shiny and fresh. There is also more order in this house since they left. They put our throws and pillows into far better order than we ever had the ability to visualize. This mom is super duper pleased. Finally, it feels good to support another woman who has created a successful business. Zorina is awesome. read more

My apartment needed a deep clean and they did just that! What I love is you don't have to "add on" to the price to get the deep clean which to me is very important! The fact that they were also genuinely kind helped bc one thing I can't handle is paying for a service and getting an attitude problem! I will definitely call them again soon! read more

We have been using Zorina services for a few years and we were very happy as she was doing a good job until recently. We always have a little issue for the flexibility of booking as we can not get Saturday appointments, but for week days, one of us has to take day off so it becomes a little hard. Then recently she has added 3pm time slots, we booked one session but it was a disaster, they came around 4:30pm, the after one hour cleaning, they already out of energy (usually they spent 3-4 hours to clean my house), they just rushed everything then left. Then I booked another session to clean two apartments today, as of 2:30pm, nobody showed up yet and I am very disappointed at how we are being treated as this is completely unprofessional and rude. Please avoid this place as their service just sliding and not trustworthy read more

****A REAL REVIEW, NOT THESE FAKE PLANTED ONE'S***.. I scheduled a cleaning appointment for Monday morning, 8/21 at 8am. I received an email confirmation ( See Below ) and even spoke with the owner. I was told that if I wanted two cleaners, I would have to wait until 830am. I declined and asked for one at 8am, as i had scheduled. I waited until 930am before I gave up and began my errands for the day, my day off. I finally got a call at 1031am from the owner telling me the person was outside, since 930am, and i wasn't answering the door. Nobody stands outside a door and knocks for an hour. They obviously showed up well after 10am, knocked a couple times and then called the owner. No Show....No Work... No Use Them !!! I have been using CAP for a year now. I really love the service and prices. They are reliable, professional and courteous. They show up with mask as a precaution due the pandemic of COVID-19. They are respectful and very helpful with what I want to be done. Sometimes for the afternoon appointment they have showed up late. However, I highly recommend Zorina and her team. CAP is the best value for cleaning service in the area. I have tried them all. read more

I've been using CAP for over 2.5 years and the days that they come are my favorites because they leave the house super clean and smelling good. Zorina is very responsive and because she brings another team member to clean with her they are able to clean my house within just a few hours - so much faster than I can do it! True professionals. Highly recommend. read more

I've been using Clean As Paradise for years and recommend Zorina to everyone! They're extremely reliable and happily tolerate my 2 big dogs while cleaning my house from top to bottom. They're trustworthy and efficient!! Can't go wrong! read more

First, some things about me, so that my review has context: I am a professional organizer in NYC, mom with 2 kids and a dog, small business owner and volunteer at two organizations. I'm also a touch OCD with a side of germa-phobe. All this to say, my standards are really high but I lack the time lately to maintain. For me, there are few things more demoralizing than the wear and tear of a crazy week and coming home to wash dishes in a dirty sink and wondering if that brown smudge on the bathroom light switch is chocolate from my kid's hand or maybe something else.... So I turned to Yelp and found Zorina of Clean as Paradise and I am so so glad I did. She is warm and kind as a person and incredible at what she does. I absolutely adore her as a person as well as someone who comes into my home and makes it feel, look and smell like that "hotel" feeling you always want. Zorina brings a co-worker and they just attack the dust and fingerprints and crumbs, grime and build up, but they also tidy as if they were prepping their own home for a party. They use great products without terrible chemical-y smells. Two things that really stood out: As a middle class gal, I don't have a lot of fancy furniture, but I do have two things I love, an Asian carved secretary my mum gave me and a mid-c credenza and she asked about those and any other things I might want treated very gently. Zorina also worked around me while I worked from home on several days. If, like me, you've tried a few companies whose ads are on the train and left you kind of meh, don't give up. CAP/ Zorina will make you look forward to coming home instead of dreading looking at your kitchen countertops or those rings around your tub. I can even do yoga beside my bed and see only clean floors under it while in triangle pose. I even plan to recommend her to clients because after a full day of organizing (which can be pretty messy believe it or not) you need to do a deep clean like what Zorina's level of work can do. Having Zorina come regularly would help any of my organizing clients maintain a long term plan, because she leaves things pristine. Finally, I challenge you to say anything I write here is a fake review. www.tamespace.com is my website and I welcome any and all queries about Zorina. I would happily talk on the phone or email with you if you have more specific questions. read more

I have only good things to say about this cleaning service. They have been cleaning my place for over three years now. Zorina is always responsive, kind, and respectful. They have keys, and come and go while I'm wok. My place is left spotless every time. The organic cleaning products smell great, too. Highly recommend Zorina and her team! read more

Excellent service! Zorina was great, extremely detailed and very professional. She came prepared with everything needed. Our apartment was left looking brand new. We will definitely be recommending her to others and will be booking with her in the future. read more

There was some construction done in my apartment and dust and dirt were left everywhere. I did a search on Yelp for good cleaning services and came across Clean As Paradise. I could not be happier with the job Zorina and her colleague have done. I actually thought I was going to cry when I came home after work and saw that my floors were literally shining. My entire apartment is cleaner than it's ever been! They did so much more than I expected and although I only wanted the services because of the construction, I will definitely only be using Clean and Paradise for cleaning services from now on. I can't wait to refer people I know! On top of all of the great work, Zorina is so responsive and trustworthy. She is also very nice. Thank you again, Zorina! read more

Zorina has been cleaning our apartments for almost two years now. First with another service and now as CAP. She is trustworthy, amazing, helpful and so kind! She takes such care in both the cleaning and making things look neat and orderly Not only does our apartment sparkle when she's done but it seems like a more relaxing place. She is so accommodating of our schedules (which are crazy) and even our relocation to Westchester from Manhattan. She's also super dog friendly and our dogs love her, which is so hard to find in a good cleaner. You can't go wrong hiring Clean as Paradise. read more

She did a fantastic job cleaning my place. I have never seen my bathroom sparkle like it sparkled when she was done. I feel bad because I have never seen anyone spend so much time cleaning my place...but you could tell after she was done. I am extremely picky with cleaning services and this was the best cleaner I have ever used. Will use again in the future. read more

Zorina and her team came to do a move-in/post reno cleaning! These wonderful ladies did an amazing job! Everything is clean (especially the bathrooms...workmen didn't leave it in great shape)! I now have less anxiety about moving in and my furniture is set to go in tomorrow! Thank you, Zorina! We'll be seeing you soon for our routine cleaning!! read more

Zorina and her crew are fast and efficient. They leave our home sparkling clean -- and smelling great, too! Most importantly, she is a kind, friendly, and warm person who it is a pleasure for our entire family to have in our home. I booked Clean as Paradise last minute before my parents came to town. Zorina was so easy to get in touch with and was on-time and very professional. I work in a helping profession, so when I get home I just need some self-care, Zorina made that possible for me this week! She was an absolute angel, everything is spotless and perfect! I don't have a single negative thing to say about the experience--I would definitely recommend her again and again! read more

Superior service. Will be using again and again. My landlord couldn't believe how clean it was!

Zorina and her team are professional, but also caring and thoughtful. They work efficiently through my space and maintain COVID protocols. I am sensitive to toxic cleaners, but there is no worry because Zorina uses her own original product free of chemical smells. I always love the feeling after the apartment has been cleaned and I can totally relax! read more

They clean OK, however definitely don't pay attention to the small details. If your'e looking for someone for an overall decent clean, they might work for you, however don't rely on them for excellent cleans. For example, when they left, they accidentally dropped a few of my packed food items on the floor and left them there...They left the picture crooked after they wiped it...The wooden closet still has scattered wiping marks on it.. The additional window service they offer is really a joke, they don't clean the railings or anything, just a cursory wipe on the glass... I'll definitely try someone else next time! read more

Well, I can't say enough about Clean as Paradise cleaning services. This was my first time ever using Clean as Paradise. Zorina was very, very professional. Her cleaning skills were outstanding. She was through and detailed. She left everything fresh, and clean. I will be using this service again. I am also highly recommending Clean as Paradise to all my friends and family. read more

Oh my goodness people. If you are looking to looking for someone who is reliable, quick, efficient, and effective, Zorina is the one for you. If you are looking for someone who makes you comfortable enough to leave her in your home while you're out doing errands, she accomplishes that. If you DO stay home, she works well with not making the setting awkward or uncomfortable. She's personable and is very easy to chat with if you desire. She has the social cues down. She knows when to let you be and when to interact depending on who you are. Also, when she arrives, there's a lot of subtly. Her arrival doesn't announce "THIS PERSON CAN'T CLEAN THEIR OWN HOME." I have very nosey and judgmental neighbors. She comes with one other person (I didn't catch her name, but she was very nice) each with a standard backpack and possibly one extra bag? You wouldn't even realize she was carrying a vacuum cleaner. So, if subtlety is something you're looking for, she is also a winner. As for scheduling, Zorina is very reasonable. I worked with her through text when I had to adjust my appointment with her. She has a cancellation policy within 24 hours I believe, and that's perfectly reasonable so that she doesn't lose a window of time with a different client, but if you let her know and she can make it work, she definitely will try to be flexible. Just be reasonable, yourself. Don't cancel the day of. Okay, that's the review for Zorina the PERSON. Her WORK is spectacular. They both left the place immaculate and you are suddenly happy to be home. It's a pleasure to cook in your own kitchen and use a shower where the grout is no longer shameful to look at. Every single surface you can find is wiped down. You will NOT find dust after she leaves your place. It's such a lovely feeling. She also uses really delicate-smelling products too. If you're looking, she's a winner. Definitely give her a shot. read more

Zorina's second visit was just as good as her first. Super nice person, professional with a great attention to detail. It's the small things she does... Folds over the bed blanket..,stacks the pillows a certain way.., and just the all around fresh feel when you walk in. Thanks Rich and Jess read more

We've had Zorina come clean our home twice already with her third appointment scheduled for this week. She is very thorough and does an amazing job especially on our shower! I don't know what she uses on it but I have never been able to get it that clean myself, nor have any of the other services that we've used. The same goes for our stove and microwave. We have used other services in the city and have never been as pleased as we are with her. read more

Zorina did a great job at our house. She called when she needed to be late because her coworker cancelled on her, and then she proceeded to do all the work by herself even though she had to stay so much longer to do it. She is also very pleasant to work with! Would definitely recommend and contract again. read more

I wanted bi-weekly cleaning. The first day they arrived almost an hour late. The second day the helper arrived on time. The third time they never came and finally responded to my text saying a child was sick (okay, that happens). The fourth time they never showed and never responded to my texts. Totally unreliable. I used Yelp to find this cleaner, it's only fair to let others know my bad experience. read more
