I LOVE SIEMPRE NATURAL. Every time I come to the RGV I need to come to Siempre Natural because their cold salads are some of the best I have ever had!! They have like 4-5 locations, and each location always has a lot of parking, available seating and always looks very clean. My go-to location is the one in McAllen. Something I always appreciate is the fact that they serve your food on their to-go containers. I almost never finish my food so it is more convenient for me to get my food served in the container. So I always get their 2 cold salads and green salad combo with a side of fideo soup and a drink. My salad order is the romaine base with pineapple, seeds, cheese and shredded carrots. PLUS their cilantro dressing is OUT OF THIS WORLD. I always get extra for my salads at home lol. For their cold salads, I always stick with my Chipotle Chicken Salad. I never swap that one out because it's so good and creamy (not super spicy which I appreciate). My other favorites include their Mexican Tuna and their elbow mac and cheese. Their soups are so good and my two favorites are the Chile Poblon and the Fideo!! My go-to drink is the horchata or lemonade. I've been wishing for years for Rio Grande City to open up a Siempre Natural! It's the only place I ever get salads at when I go to mission/mcallen. I don't know how other people comment "there's nothing natural about this place". You can literally go in and Just order a salad (with dressing on the side) and that's about as healthy as you can get. Their sandwiches, soups, salads, drinks, and frozen yogurt are all delicious. Definitely go in and give it a try. BUT!! If you order a meal to-go double check that all the items you ordered are correct. I've been served the wrong thing several times. Sometimes their workers don't have their act together and mess up your order. Tip: politely ask them to fix it and they will. I've seen customers get angry over something so simple and the workers give them attitude. Spare the drama and you'll have a good meal and a good day. read more

My first time at this place. Nice clean place with a simple menu of mostly chicken and tuna salads and a green salad mix. I had the Mexican tuna salad which is tuna salad with pico de gallo. I would go again. read more

I go to siempre natural 5 times a week during my lunch break and order the cesaer salad which always comes out to $9.73 and today I went again, and it came out to $11.68. A couple of cents shy from it going up $2. Wth! Maybe 50 cents or 75 cents at the most, but $2! That is drastic. I have been coming here for 4 years and a faithful customer at it but after this change, they have lost me as a customer. Thanks so much for the change. Smh read more

This is a great place to eat lunch or dessert. I had the Chicken Panela and it was enough to satisfy my hunger. I love that avocados are added to the sandwiches. I also tried the Original Chicken sandwich and enjoyed that as well. Everything is fresh and made in front of you. They had many options to choose from. The only drinks offered are fresh juices which are very good. The Cream and Berries is a blend of natural strawberries with lightly flavored yogurt. I liked how it wasn't too sugary. If we had these in Houston, I'd go once a week! read more

I really like this place but I think it's ridiculous that they don't offer nutrition facts anywhere. Their bogus explanation that their clientele is educated and knows why they are choosing Siempre Natural is just flat out ridiculous. Even McDonald's that serves nasty unhealthy "food" provides nutritional information. What could be so bad that they can't show us? If it's not bad then why not just show us? They should know that if you're choosing Siempre Natural then you're probably trying to eat healthier and are keeping track of what you're eating to lose weight. Can I just say that saying something is "natural" means ABSOLUTELY nothing. Nothing in the menu is that healthy especially since it's all drenched in dressing. Do not place an order on their website! I placed an order for a club tray from the location on 10th and Trenton 3 hours before we needed it to allow enough time to for them to make it(website said 30-45 mins). I went to the location I ordered if from and they reported then did not have the order! They looked it up and said the order was sent to the south Shary location. My wife headed to the location that was to have it and they reported they did not even know what the order was! They then looked up the order and said oh here it is! We can have the order ready in 10 minutes. My wife asked to speak to the manager and he said no I am sorry he is busy in a very rude way. After 10 minutes the manage finally appeared. He would not offer any kind of a discount for anything even though they have no idea how to use there system! Just a note the manager was twice as rude as the employee!! Finally 30 minutes later they finally had the order ready! To say the least this was the first and the last time we will do any business with this company! We will also make sure we pass the word to all of our friends and family. I really how the owner reads this review and does something about it. Food was leaking in my bag and I asked for them to give me a sandwich less watery. All I had was the chicken salad and it was gross. Bread was very wet. Soup was way too salty. It's unfortunate the management is terrible because the food is pretty good. A gentleman (who is not a gentleman at all) named Gonzalo is rude and tries to intimidate women customers. We work nearby and used to go at least twice a week but just to avoid him, we avoided going. We went by today, after almost 6 months, and he's still there. He actually went out of his way, from opening up packages in the back, to come to the front just to intimidate us. (We are 4 ladies). Never again. read more

Their fideo soup is mainly seasoned with Pollo Knorr Suiza . . . blah! . . . Their chicken-pecan salad is just OK . . . either the recipe has been tinkered with OR it is made in larger batches making it less flavorable than what I remember(?). read more

I've always been a loyal customer but today my order was wrong and I simply went to tell the cashier. Her name was Debra and she was very rude about it and told me that that's what I had ordered. I told her I didn't and she kept saying otherwise. I showed her my receipt and she simply took the plate from me and went on to help another customer. Even the new customer asked if she was going to attend me and she said not to worry about it. I had to wait on the side while she ignored me. I thought it was vey rude. I had nerve had such bad customer service in that store. I might just drive to McAllen next time. read more
