I got my third and fourth tattoo here at Sid's! Awesome vibe and environment, the artists are completely awesome, very friendly and funny. The first tattoo I got here was a script tattoo that says "this too shall pass" and after 2 years I'm still in love with it, i went back six months later to get my ankle tattoo and i love love love it soooo much! You won't leave unsatisfied, I had went to different parlors for pricings on my tattoos and they all wanted to charge $300+ for these two tattoos and when I came here they gave me a reasonable price and I always leave happy! If I can put zero stars I would. I came to Sid's Tattoo shop for my first tattoo. The staff was nice and welcoming. However, the tat was a whole other story. I was BEYOND DISAPPOINTED with my tattoo! Especially because my tattoo was a simple infinity sign tattoo. My tattoo was done by ROB. I DO NOT recommend this place to any person. Check out my infinity tattoo done by Rob below. I was very impressed with my experience at SIDS! I went with a good friend as both of us got our ribs tattooed, which was a scary prospect, but something we had been wanting to do for a long time. I was getting script and she was getting an arrow design. I had a friend who Beam had tattooed years before and it still looked so crisp that we both asked to have him. The experience was great both he and chris (who was not our artist but I would also recommend!) were so professional but also kind and encouraging! Came in on July 9, 2020 for an appointment to get my first tattoo. Right off the bat, everyone at the shop was welcoming and made me feel right at home. Sid came in a little later and came up with a sketch. I immediately liked it and decided to go forward with his sketch. Before we began, we both stepped out for a smoke and got to know each other a little more and Sid is a pretty cool and down-to-earth guy. During the whole process, he wanted to know if I was alright and to let him know if I needed any breaks to rest or drink water. He was pretty gentle with my skin and his expertise in tattooing shows. We stopped a few times in between for a smoke/water break and the more the piece got completed, the more I liked it! Once I was done, I couldn't believe how it turned out. I had another idea for my shark tattoo when I went in but changed my mind when I saw a photo of another shark tattoo on the wall. I'm so glad I decided to go with the change! read more

One of the best shops I have been too. We had an appointment with Rob and he was an amazing guy. He was nice, right to the point, and full of amazing punk rock trivia. The prices were very good for the amount of work and detail done. My tattoo looks exactly like the artwork. My girlfriends tattoo he added some amazing shading. He took his time and setup a sterile and organized area. But once he he got to tattooing he was quick and efficient. I highly recommend this shop. read more

I wrote a review for their previous location and here's an updated one. The wife who ruined my ankle contacted me and said that she "was sorry for not being satisfied with the tattoo". Then she mentioned that her children are her livelihood. Not sorry for my pain and suffering that I went through and said that my review was old and outdated and to consider removing it. Do you know what I went through for her mistake. Close to spending 5k to get rid of it. The tattoo is still visible. Going through laser was fucking tough. Very chill and colorful vibe exuding from that place the second you cross the threshold or even if your cruising the Boulevard. Sid took care of my wife's foot tat with ease and flow while Chris created a swooping arched tat over my knee cap, perfect placements by each pro. Sid gave me a completely original tattoo that healed in 5 days. I was always a black/grey guy in the past, and decided to go with traditional this time. It is a huge chest piece, and he managed to blend it in with my others. I told him what i wanted, he used his own creativity to come up with what is now my favorite art on my body. The only problem...i did not go to him first!!! It was pretty painful, but with how fast it healed, i am fine with the 4 hours of pain. There are times I've had to wait a little bit for Sid to finish up with someone else but when it comes to putting something permanent on my body I'd want him to take the time to finish my tattoo properly and not rush just cause someone else is waiting. I had a tattoo done by Rob and I'm extremely unhappy with it. Asked for simple linework and thought it looked decent in the shop, but once I got home and took off the bandage I immediately broke into tears. Came to this shop because of great reviews I've seen on Yelp, and I really wish I hadn't. He didn't have me sign a waiver or consent form, the linework is extremely sloppy, the shading is super uneven, and the lettering is unevenly spaced. I've already requested a consultation for removal. Girl next to me had a tattoo done by Sid which turned out great, but I wasn't as lucky. Most likely won't be coming back to this shop, extremely disappointed with my tattoo. read more

I made an appointment with Sid for a Saturday at 2pm. When I arrived, there was no one there. Someone finally came in at 3pm when I was driving out of the parking lot. Then, I was told that Sid had the day off and was not aware of an appointment. They said that the person I made the appointment with always forgets to write it down or let the tattoo artist know. (Maybe they should have someone else answering the phone!) He said to come back the next day. I did and Sid was not in yet. When he finally came in, I waited over an 1 1/2 hours while he chatted with everyone in the shop, sat down to eat lunch and watch TV and then slowly get prepared to do my tattoo. I get that a tattoo shop is more of a chill environment but this was ridiculous. Finally got my tattoo which ended up pretty good. Six months later when I was ready for another tattoo, because of some really good reviews, I decided to give Sid's another try. Called on Friday and made appointment for Sunday at 3:30. When I arrived, there was no one there (again!). All locked up. I waited in the parking lot until 4pm. Called them and left a message. Never received a call back. I don't care how good he is - The service there sucks. And they don't seem to care. I will never ever consider Sid's Tattoo Parlor again. read more
