I had to try them all (not on the same visit), and they had a Russian Imperial stout from an Estonian brewery that blew me away. The food is top notch, too. I was shocked by how good the food was. They have the best patatas bravas I had while in Spain, and the sandwich with Wagyu was incredible, too. The people working here are clearly very skilled, no matter what you get. It led us to Mondoré, which turned out to be a complete and total gem. We loved every aspect of our dining experience here. The food was delicious and completely unique, the ambiance relaxed and welcoming, and the service was impeccable. Tip: The first thing that struck me after we were seated was the fact that Mondoré has an extensive selection of craft and Belgian beers; it's good when you don't have to go thirsty ;-) After a decent interval (not too long, but long enough for us to get settled and enjoy our drinks) our food was served family style so we could share. Everything was beautifully plated and presented, and all the dishes were slow cooked and perfect seasoned. That last goes triple for the ribs we ordered, which were fall-off-the-bone tender. The other dishes we ordered were the Patatas Bravas, the Veal Cheek, and the hake with fresh vegetables and squid ink rice. My personal favorite dish of the evening was the Veal Cheek. All the ingredients used here are obviously fresh, and our server was wonderfully attentive without being too obtrusive. Bottom line: Mondoré is perfect for a casual lunch or dinner, and it looks to be an excellent place to go with a group as well. I look forward to returning.

I asked the waitress if they had Sangria and she laughed at me and said "it's not summer, haa" although we had Sangria almost everywhere else on this Spring (May) trip lol. I really felt like a tourist in that moment but whatever, I am a tourist :D Everything else was great and I'm glad they were open on Sunday when a lot of other spots are closed. We found the pork belly flavorful and crispy and blended well with the bun, in hindsight we should have ordered one for each. For our main entree, I ordered paella with seared tuna while my partner chose Entrocôte served with shishito peppers and fries. We found all the dishes simply epicurean and the waiters took time to describe everything on the menu. It was well plated and the dishes came in a timely fashion and everything went well with the wine choice. We felt that we were looked after throughout the stages of the dinner. With great customer service and quality of food, this place is recommended whenever you are visiting the beautiful city of Barcelona.

Note: A lot of places across Spain have a minimum requirement of 2 or more for the kitchen to prepare any paella but just like the name, the Miracle wants you to order individually or to share two different varieties of paella.
