We never felt rushed to order and we made the first move with a glass of red sangria. It was a full wine glass with a fresh slice of lemon and orange. No cheap fillers, just wine! Pescaditos Fritos (small fried fish) were a shareable portion and even with the heads still on them, they were not too greasy and the seasoning was perfect. As a usual choice we try at every tapas restaurant, the Pan con Tomato (tomato toast) was very good. The bread was a little crispy but so fresh and had a nice amount of tomato topping with chunky salt on the side. Also very shareable.
