Not only did he start on time, but the job was done a day earlier than expected. When I was ready to write the check for the balance of the work I was told to wait until the next day because there was a small item that needed to be addressed and they needed a small amount of material to finish it and he did not want to accept money until the job was complete. Today is nine years later, and they were out to remove moss, clean the gutters and treat the roof with moss inhibitor. Again, the service was done perfectly and on time. I cannot recommend any contractor as avidly as I can recommend Rene and his team. Although at the time, price was an issue and Flawless roof. Roofing was what I felt the best value consider, considering the quality of product and the dollar amount. It was recommended that I have safety rings installed at the top of the roof line. I did so, and it ended up saving the life of a gentleman who was painting my house.

Crf construction owned by Shad Cook is a Joke.he has no idea how to bid a bid a big job or do…read morequality work.we had him do an add on for us his 2nd bid was around 130,000 after we made the job smaller because the 1st bid was around 180,000 and we didn't wanna spend that much.3/4 way through the job he ran out of money and didn't know I had to bring to his attension.ctadtsmans ship was horrible I brought somethings to shade attention and he said trust him and at the end of the job we'd do a walk through and they'd fix then.when that point came the answer I got was a kettle late now.trim didn't line up big holes in outside trim boards from nail gun shooting nails in to far board under rear slider didn't get put on over spray all over the floor from not putting protection down flooring just a little short from cabinets and the list goes on.all said and done our 139,000 remodeled turned into 220,000.only change order was upgrade electable panel up grade some plumbing maybe 3,500.00 and I did some work..he tried to make it personal when I wouldn't give him more money after I have him an additional 3500 to pay for balance on our tile so we would get a lean filed on our home.could say way more but this gives you a general idea.

It hurts the heart to see comments on this company who goes all out for the customer, does superior work while the comments seem so out of character to what I experienced personally. Once married to a building contractor, I know those dealing with concrete is one of the most stressful for both the customer and owner. I also asked about the 1 star rating when getting my estimate done and the bad memory of the supplier who failed to deliver a working product is still there even though it has been 8 years. due to the horrible mal function of the product, no longer used, I can imagine how upset the customer was. The employees at OCR are not skilled psychologists, but very serious minded concerning their craft, nor do they have a department to handle malfunctions as well as they have no over head bringing much savings in cost to the customer. Even though OCR did make it right, ate the cost, because of the horror of the situation with only owner/employees to handle the anger, I can understand how conflicts could happen. Personally, if I write a comment in anger, it may be exaggerated as I suspect the comment with the one star is.
