While I appreciate the accurate and rapid solution to my problem, the thing I appreciate most is that Anthony was the first estimator out of 6 prior who didn't immediately try to sell me a new roof. He also gave me an estimate on how long my roof had before needing replaced. This kind of honesty is harder and harder to find and I appreciate Tilly's trying to help me.
