I would recommend to anyone who needs a new or repaired roof.

They're not trying to win a race to the bottom on price. If you want the absolute cheapest bid, that may not be what this is. After receiving 3 bids for a new roof and gutters, we selected Tony's Roofing. We are so glad we…read moredid, they did an amazing job from beginning to end. Erick worked with us on the estimate and was helpful and patient with all of our questions. Marco is the onsite lead worker and is very knowledgeable and is perfect at getting everything done right. We chose Certainteed Landmark Pro (Cinder Black) because they make a very dark black shade that we wanted. Why Tony's stood out for us: * We used them before to fix a leak, so we kinda trusted them. * We knew we would get their "A Crew" (other companies we felt like we would get the B crew) because our home is smaller and one story. * No hidden cost or up-sales. The Crew - these guys were the hardest workers I've ever seen, (and I've seen a lot) they started at 7am - 6pm for 2 full days ! The cleanup after was great and they did a sweep with a magnet to pick up any loose nails in the yard. They were a pleasure to work with. All & All; I would hire Tony's again in a heartbeat. The hardest workers EVER. Erick and Marco top notch professionals. Thank you, Tony's Roofing !

Do you want to hire the "Rock Stars" of contractors? Do you want the job done quickly, on time,…read moreand at a fair price? Do you want quality? Cascade Roofing just gave me the wow factor. From the initial bidding process with Nels, I learned more about roof care, maintenance, installation, and science than from any other roofing company. Cascade wasn't the cheapest, but they also weren't the most expensive. Quite frankly, my bid was a couple thousand cheaper than I thought it would be. Nels was honest, forthright, and probably told me more than a salesman should. But I like that...it's called trust. I was comfortable with Nels. Cascade does all work with salaried employees...not subbed out like other roofers. This means the guys on the job have careers, not jobs, and they act like it. No cussing, no loud music, no slacking off. Everybody was on time, and the crew worked their butts off like no skilled craftsmen I'd ever seen before. Contractors get a bad rap, but these guys came through. Clearly they ate Wheaties for breakfast, because these guys worked like champions. I heard a great deal of laughter throughout the day, showing that the workers all have a strong rapport with each other. My roof went on in one day. That's right, a contractor on site at my home for ONE DAY. They cleaned up the work site, and I was left with a great looking home. Oh, and here's a nice perk....I get to pay for a portion of the job with a credit card...with no surcharge...and earn some airline miles! Now, if I could only find a fencing conrtractor as reliable as Cascade Roofing!

One company flat out told me they couldn't help me as they only do roof replacements; another wanted to charge me ridiculous money to just come look at my roof, indicating that it would cost me additional if they needed to re-attach or replace the vent cover. Tom from JnR called me after I had provided them with my location and phone number. He gave me an estimate of when he would arrive, and arrived on time. Without hesitation, he took a look at my roof and pointed out that the cover came from my neighbor's home. He even showed me how I could see the missing vent from the sidewalk. When he was done, he told me my roof was fine and still had lots of life left. I asked him how much I owed him, and he charged me nothing! He even stuck around and talked to me about JnR, and about a project I was looking to do on my home. He was gracious and sincere. The only money that came out of my pocket was a voluntary gratuity for his time. JnR is now my go-to for any issues that should arise with my roof, thanks to the quality of their service.
