After they started working on the car they found bigger issues than our planned service we had requested. They stopped all work at this point and I was contacted right away and made aware of the issues that were found. I came in to the shop and was shown the new issues that were found and given several options. In the end my wife and I decided that the car needed more work than it was worth at this point. I spoke with Cory and let him know our intentions of just picking the car back up and skipping even the initial service we had brought it in for. Cory was very accommodating with my schedule and made himself available for me to pick it up. If your looking for an excellent repair shop that knows there stuff and our very honest then I highly recommend you give these guys a try.

I found out when I heard a strange noise when I turned on the fan. I did a little research online and realized it was a dirty cabin air filter. It took an hour and a half but I replaced the cabin air filter myself and it was choked with a 1 inch layer of dust. When I opened the hood they had left a small wrench in the engine bay right where the hood latch is, and my oil dipstick was gone. Stay away!

Repair: Differential Gear Shaft Replacement Repair entails: disconnecting brake lines, reconnecting, and bleeding them Cost: $5,335.00 Summary: 3 repair visits and 24 hours out of state emergency brake failure repair Repair 1 p/u date April 14th - failed at 70 miles an hour in Oregon on my way to San Diego, Ca, by the time I got back to Vancouver, WA it was worse than when I first brought in for the repair. Repair 2 p/u date June 4th - failed at 25 miles almost immediately June 9th went into the shop One Last Chance and I Demanded Toyota OEM parts since I learned I paid too much for none OEM parts and they were trying to pressurize the pinion gear themselves, the reason for the immediate failures. Also, stated if this replacement failed, I'd expect all my money back. Repair 3 date July 9th - my brakes lost pressure in early Sunday morning of July 12th on my way to San Diego, Ca. failed in Bakersfield, California at about 8:30 am after driving all night. Paid $395.91 for a 24-hour emergency mechanic to bleed my brakes. Brake Failure Cause: bubbles / air in the rear brake line. Why didn't it fail sooner - low traffic cool night driving, used cruise and to keep myself alert slowing through curves by shutting off cruise and accelerated then restarted cruise while driving through the Oregon and California mountains. What happens when bubbles / air gets in the brake lines: brake fluid heats up and the air expands causing no pressure to your brakes and the pedal goes to the floor.
