He is lacking analytical and logical skills who would rather keep his two horribly offensive delivery people, not to discipline them and possibly put himself into a much worse legal predicament later. Seemingly, it stems from the fact that he cannot replace them, lacking resources for more skilled staff. Or some other reason. The mechanical condition of the delivery truck should also be evaluated since the traction of wheels should not produce this kind spinning, possibly tires too bald, should be verified with state authorities as well. Everything starting with stuck getting stuck due to failure to just back out, unauthorized attempt to do U-turn, especially if you are lacking the skills to maneuver between the obstacles. What seemed to be no challenge for previous two trucks completing deliveries within the last day or two, personal vehicle and even a sport car, this fellow had an overblown issue. However, being stuck should not have risen to being an assholes or disrespect and insult the customer. It is part of doing business and ought to be treated as temporary issue. Thankfully, with my mechanical assistance and direction they were able to back out finally. What took place before and after should have been enough for the owner to fire these two people immediately. Specifically, the driver's assistant was blaming, belligerent and attempted assault by advancing on the customer. After a verbal push back and standing the ground, he backed off. Upon, the eventual departure the driver arose to yelling , throwing insults, and threatening. I explained to the owner of the Tribeca company that I have video surveillance and audio recording of complete interaction from many angles; I provided him with some copies to begin his inquiry. Even before speaking to these two, he seemed be on the path to justify the behavior of these two-ghetto style, tongue loose home boys by coming with various excusable scenarios and psychological nuances of hard work and travel. He called back a day later implying that he is not taking any disciplinary action nor is able to assure me if these "two idiots would not piss into my water next time". The fact that there was a physical threat, insults, microphone picking up these two calling my wife "cunt" for not stopping them when she opened the gate is not enough to take responsibility. He cancelled my account.

    DO NOT USE CULLIGAN in SPARTA! They only have 1 day a week…read morethey can come to your house. So if you need a service, it's that day or NO day!! They will NOT help you and come a different day. For a 10 minute job, you have to take a full day off!! They refuse to come a different day, even though they are 6-10 miles from my house. Then they asked me, what days are best for you. I gave them the days my wife works from home. Or, any day after 3 pm. The salesman said this will work. What did they do next? Made the appointment for the day untold them NO one would or could be there. For a time NO one could!! I needed the service, so my daughter had to miss a day of school to stay home for them. It took the technician 10 minutes to service the RO system. That's it. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

(Mr. Andy B.) was personable and professional in helping us assess the best filtration system available to us. He painstakingly detailed all the filtration options for us, and was patient and kind with our detailed questions. Andy, (and Culligan), were gracious through the product installation, and their staff has been available if we needed assistance with the product. As for the product itself, labs seem to indicate much of what we wanted filtered has been removed. (We can't say much more on water quality, jury's still out on that). However, Andy B. (and Culligan) helped provide us turnkey financing, and Mr. B. personally tested our water several times, at our request, before and after the system installation, to our satisfaction. Recent labs seem to indicate the filter's holding up after a year, which is a good thing. No other company offered such a product, while still providing filtration commensurate with the required standards. Mr. Andy B (and Culligan's) product technicians were prompt, respectful and thorough in their analysis of our water filtration concerns. You may pay more (in some cases). If you pay much less, you will likely not receive the accountable, respectful, professional service we received via Culligan and Mr. B. at their Sparta offices. We thank them.

We had…read morea whole house softener/filtration system and RO installed, and the water quality in the house has improved dramatically. When the softener regenerated in the middle of the night and woke us up (our bedroom is right over the part of the basement the system is located in), Ardi was responsive to our texts and assured us that the noise was normal. He came within a few days and helped us reset the time of regeneration to a better time. He even came back a second time to secure a pipe so the sound wouldn't travel as much. They also matched a competitor's offer and warranty. Overall very happy with the system so far!

    I had Terrible experience with RO installation. They cut costs by sending untrained guys for…read moreinstallation (not licensed plumbers) who don't even know the code. The guy who installed RO at my house was not a licensed plumber. He connected the waste water drain after the P-Trap of kitchen sink drain(pic attached), which is illegal, dangerous and against the code. It can cause sever gases to come in contact with RO filters which is very risky. Luckily I noticed and called them. They apologized, and told they will come over to fix, and they will send a licensed plumber who knows what he's doing. A guy showed up after 3 days, and this time again they sent a service guy (again, no licensed plumber) who left P-Trap under my kitchen sink leaking, and I had to call them a third time. Horrible experience end to end. But, buyers, beware, this is not a trustworthy company. Save your money, call your licensed plumber to install RO.

    I was a loyal customer of Ryan & Company for several years and had an active maintenance contract…read morewith them, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I contacted them regarding a furnace issue that, while intermittent, was serious enough to require attention--especially during the winter months. We have a young child at home, and I made that very clear, along with my concerns about maintaining consistent heat in the house. Their technicians came out multiple times and were unable to diagnose or fix the problem. After several unsuccessful visits, the owner got involved. Initially, he was professional and appeared committed to resolving the issue. However, once it became clear that they couldn't fix the problem, everything changed. Communication completely stopped. No follow-ups. No updates. No accountability. During this time, we repeatedly expressed serious concerns--not just about comfort, but about safety. We were dealing with unreliable heat in the middle of winter, had a young child at home, and even communicated concerns about our pipes potentially freezing while we were away on vacation. Despite this, we were essentially given the runaround and the issue remained unresolved. It's also important to note that the manufacturer was only brought in after we specifically requested it, following multiple unsuccessful service visits by their technicians and the owner. Ultimately, the problem was not fixed by Ryan & Company, but only after the manufacturer became directly involved. That distinction matters. Despite having an active maintenance contract, they stopped sending technicians altogether. The owner refused to speak with me directly to address the situation. Instead of standing behind their service or working toward a resolution, the contract was canceled and a check was mailed for the remaining balance--without any meaningful discussion. To be clear, that cancellation came after repeated failed repair attempts, lack of resolution, and a complete breakdown in communication--not as some isolated or voluntary request. I also strongly disagree with their claim that I was "verbally abusive." Like any homeowner dealing with an ongoing heating issue in the winter--with a child in the home and legitimate concerns about frozen pipes--I was understandably frustrated. Expressing that frustration does not equate to abuse. What's most concerning is the lack of accountability and the way this situation was handled once it became difficult. After years of being a paying customer, this is how they chose to respond. If a company can't fix a problem, that's one thing. But abandoning a long-time customer, cutting off communication, and deflecting blame is unacceptable. In the end, when things got difficult, they didn't fix the problem--they walked away from it.
