My boyfriend and I booked the scenic tour with David and he was super fun and willing to customize our experience. We like anything unique to the area so he took us to the ritzy Montecito area for the breathtaking views, felt the wooden parking lot of the piers, the courthouse, mission and told us the history of the area. It was a bit misty and foggy reminiscent of our home - the Bay Area but it didn't stop any of us from enjoying the ride. We discovered a couple of beaches I had heard about but haven't seen up close so we stopped there to walk around for a little bit to take in the atmosphere. If you don't mind people gawking, smiling and taking photos of you - this is a fun thing to do at least once. It reminds me of the time my friend took me on his vespa for a scooter rally and people were snapping photos along the way. David was super accommodating, communicative and arrived right on time. When you meet him, park around the block where there is no parking time limit. The area near the winery location has a 1.5 hour time limit. We also booked the first morning ride so there was more parking than later in the afternoon. read more

Company canceled the trip in Santa Barbara one hour before our scheduled time. We stopped by the address where we were to meet them and were told that the company cancels all the time. We were originally told it would take 48-72 hours to get the refund. We're at 288+ hours right now, and the company ignores our calls, texts, and emails. UPDATE: After WE contacted the third party, we were told that a refund had never been initiated by the company. But the company told us they had initiated the refund two different times. The third party confirmed that the company had cancelled, and we got the refund in a day. So, beware that if (and, more likely, when) the company cancels on you, you will have to fight for the refund. read more

Looking for adventure, a friend and I planned a Moms' day trip for Santa Barbara wine tasting. My friend had purchased a Groupon for a sidecar and winery Tour which sounded fun. We had arranged to meet our guide at a local winery. I saw Sam with his motorcycle and scale-wise when I saw the sidecar, i was concerned if two grown women can comfortably fit. We fit just fine and we took off with Sam narrating during a refreshing, fun ride through the streets of Santa Barbara. Sam, our guide, was very personable and very accommodating, offering to take our photos at scenic spots. He dropped us off at our first winery and came back after 50 minutes to take us to the next winery. After our 2nd winery, we ended up at our initial meeting place. The two wineries that came with this package were both very different making this even a better value. This was definitely a fun way to enjoy the local wineries without actually getting behind the wheel. Would highly recommend! read more

I've called left several messages, I've emailed and I've sent a DM through instagram With no response to nothing. They NEVER answer the phone and I've called through all hours of the day. Not one person has yet to respond to me. It's ridiculous how little they care about their patron's. I've been trying for 2 weeks to book a tour in Santa Barbara for me and my fiancé and for it to be two weeks now and that's unacceptable. This was my first time in Santa Barbara and we wanted to do some type of tour around the city. This tour was awesome! Our tour guide was Travis and he picked us up from our hotel, I believe it was near the pickup spot so he just decided to grab us, which was so nice by the way. The tour took us around Santa Barbara and to two wineries. Travis was nice and knowledgeable. He also took pictures of us with his iphone and air dropped it to us! Just a suggestion for the company, maybe have the tour guides have professional cameras so we can have quality pics of the tour? it would be great!! My boyfriend and I had a great time doing a scenic tour of Santa Barbara. Sonia was our driver and was AWESOME! She knew some great routes and let us stop and take pictures whenever we wanted. We hit all the spots: downtown, the Rose Garden, up into the hills and down to the beach. Gorgeous views and lots of smiles from passerbys the whole time. All the while, we relaxed as Sonia zoomed us along. We're both tall people (I'm 5'10" and my bf is 6'2") so we worried it would be a tight fit in the sidecar, but we were still comfortable. If you need to stop to stretch, you can always ask, Sonia was so accommodating! 10/10 recommend a side car tour, and 10/10 recommend Sonia as your driver! read more

We had a great time on our wind trashing sidecar tour with our driver, Robert. Despite the cold and fog, we bundled up and still really enjoyed our time. We drove along East beach up to Montecito, then back through the funk zone to our first tasting room. From there, we went up to the SB mission and back down to the harbor before going to our second tasting room. David was our guide and though we had been to Santa Barbara a few times this experience was unique in something different I wanted my wife to be able to enjoy! David was so awesome that I believe any other way I would have decided to do this would have came up really short of the joy and great time we had in the wine tour and a bit of a lesson in some of Santa Barbara's history. We booked the wine tour and it was a super fun experience! I initially booked a tour online for 4 pm on a Friday for 4 people (Saturday was all booked for a party our size) but since we were driving up from the LA/OC area in afternoon and anticipated traffic, I called to see if there was opening on Saturday and they were able to squeeze us in! Woohoo! We met Kim and Sam and they were awesome! They were chill and informative at the same time. We visited two wineries and we really like the 2nd one. Kim's recommendation of ordering the chocolate for the wine pairings was spot on! They took photos of us at some of the main tourists attractions in SB and sent them to me later. They also took photos of us from our phones. I highly recommend this tour if you want to try something off beat and fun. Also, loved that the tour wasn't an all day excursion (3.5 hours) so we were able to do other things that day. read more

David was our tour guide (& currently the only guide in Santa Barbara), he was so enjoyable to be around and very knowledgeable about the town. He took us on beautiful scenic tour in the side car which goes rather quick and is quite exhilarating! We were taken to two wineries where the tastings are included in the tour. This is definitely worth doing, so different and cute! It was about a 2 1/2 hour tour and the last winery had live music! About 45 minutes at each stop which is plenty of time to not have to rush. We booked trip to Santa Barbara but had to cancel a few weeks before event. I purchased through GroupOn and they refunded my money immediately. Unfortunately I had to book using redeem code through sidecar tours. Well, they charged me about $60 for gratuity fees for the two wineries, I called them for a few weeks every single day and never got a hold of anyone so that I can get a refund of the service I was not going to use.. I also emailed and never received a response or anything. The day of the event which had been canceled weeks before they called me to reschedule me from Saturday to Sunday, I am so glad that this got canceled because that would've ruined all our plans as we were leaving early Sunday. The fact that they never responded to refund me $60 and that they still rescheduled event even though it had been canceled just shows how unprofessional this company is, will never deal with this company ever. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I had a reservation for 2 ppl on 3/19/24 in Santa Barbara. The driver canceled 3 minutes before our reservation due to foggy weather (this made sense since we chose the scenic ride, although he should have let us know much sooner)... so we rescheduled for the next day 3/20 at 10am and confirmed it with our driver. We showed up at the correct time and address, and sure enough the driver doesn't respond to our texts/calls and we literally never heard from him again! I called the phone # on the website and thank goodness they gave me my money back for a full refund (that is the only good news). DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY on this company. I was lucky that we were able to move some activities around in my trip but it sucks to carve out time for the side car ride only for the driver to not show up not once, but twice!! read more
