I first worked with Side Kitch to order catering for a staff party. The food had to be all vegetarian with vegan options, as I work for an animal welfare organization. She produced a delicious menu, and everything was a hit, but ESPECIALLY the mac and cheese! More recently, I reached out to ask her if she could do something fun and world cup themed. Nicely seasoned, tender and with great flavor. I liked the steak too, but it was a little too rare and hard to chew. I enjoyed the salad and cornbread as well. We had Side Kitch cater our office Friendsgiving Turkey celebration for 60 people. It was amazing and the presentation was over the top beautiful. Everything tasted better than homemade. We had turkey, ham, stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, sweet potatoes and green beans with mushrooms. I also ordered the breadboard which was extravagant and blew everyone away. Rolan, the owner, helped me put together a menu that worked for all my guests (gluten free, vegetarian, meat lovers, etc.). On the day of the event, the crew showed up with ample time to deliver the food, therefore, my event was all set-up and ready before the guests starting arriving.
