Canceling appointments half an hour before the appointment. Forgetting to show up had to call him to Come to the other location I was at . The last time was the last time I am floored they made an appointment months before and they put me in the wrong doctor when I have been there for years so they had to cancel. They had no appointment available. No one was budging it was like they were trying to push me onto another doctor that I did not know that I feel that botox is some thing very intimate . If I don't know you, I don't want to do my Botox. It's just the whole thing was just really poorly communicated. It was 45 minutes before I was seen and they told me that he was with someone else. Ridiculous. I will never go there again unless he gets a whole new staff they should be ashamed. and then when I had the conversation with the doctor, he didn't seem disturbed over it so I'll take my business elsewhere and so should you .

On the right side he injected precisely into the ridge of the line instead of the line itself, causing a bulge which is still present after two months - it doesn't seem it will ever go down. On the left side, aiming for the corner of the mouth, the product was deposited alongside the entire length of the lower under lip area. Permanent and semi permanent products have a protocol of injecting under contrast lights only, with very precise markings, different from the bulky fat transfer surgical marker ones. None of these requirements were met. I still do not comprehend how it is possible, even if blindfolded in actuality, to inject so incredibly far from the target, and so precisely into the areas that need the exact opposite of augmentation! Upon the complaint consultation I did not receive an apology, but was told that the product would most likely not produce a sufficient result to make a difference anyway. What a great advertisement that was! Well, but this time it did produce a result. Apparently Renuva needs to be injected into the superficial fat layer to work. Therefore it indeed did not work the previous times when it was injected into the muscle! Ironically, at last it was placed into the "correct" plane and into the most WRONG location... I asked at least for a refund, which expectedly I never heard back about.

I got a gift card for Mother's Day, and instead of regular facial, I wanted to go with Hydrafacial instead. The website quoted $175 online, but when I was done, I was told that the prices have increased, and they charged me $200 instead of honoring the price they had online. Mind you not, I still tipped 20% on the service. Finally, they did not have a relaxing experience. The room is right behind their store (Shiseido). The tech kept the figure white light on the entire team, used her iPad to play calming music, and I felt like I was in a football stadium the whole time. She didn't even cover my eyes, and had the light beaming on my face the entire time. The treatment was painful, and that's something that wasn't conveyed before either. Overall I loved Olivia because of the massage she gave me in the end. But overall; the salon did not follow through with what they promised on their website. The treatments and services advertised were vastly different in quality from what was delivered. I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for a reliable and hygienic facial experience. I ended up going back on another date to get my eyebrows done and that was a pretty good experience as well. Being that I was an avid customer at another wax place before moving to this area, here's a few things I wish I'd Wax That had to offer that I'm accustomed to: - The use of a cooling gel on those really sensitive areas (such as your upper lip) post-wax - Offering packages/bundles of services.
