He insulted me as "this paranoid "70lb. pinball of woa", "delusional", and "millennial bumper car car of woa!" when I approached him about a huge half foot dent that he made on my wood floor. Then he stalked me, posted my personal info online, and continuously insulted me, even far as to reading everything on my personal social media pages. He tells others, "if you want proof of her mental status, review her FB page". He paints me as a "crazy, unstable woman" who has grieved him when he dented my wood floor and at first, admitted to it. Read his response to the negative review below and you'll see how he also insults, stalks, and posts the personal info of other customers who leave negative reviews. The extent of his behavior is enough evidence for legal action. This business insults and harasses customers who hold them accountable for their incompetence, and then plays the victim and paints their customers in a bad light when they do a bad job. I can already expect his response below and will be entertained by what trick he tries to pull off next.

I explained that was not looking for a handyman and he told me he was a licensed contractor. I spoke to him on a Thursday. He was supposed to get a hold of me on Monday to come over in the afternoon to look at what I needed. Everything sounded good. He sounded like he was a responsible person. Today is now Tuesday at 6:30pm and I have not heard anything from him which is very disappointing. When you're dealing with a business you expect that they're going to do what they say or at least contact you to make different arrangements. I guess I'll be moving on to a different company and hope they can fulfill what they say. Very disappointing. The whole point of going through Angi was to try to find somebody reputable that could at least keep an appointment!
