AN ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC FIND!…read more My search for top-quality snowboarding gear ended in the BEST way possible at Sin City Snowboards on Eastern and Reno! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such warm, energetic, and knowledgeable service--I knew I'd found something special! A HUGE shout-out to Joe, who was an absolute ROCKSTAR! Even during a busy time, he gave me his full attention, answered every single question I had, and helped me pick out my dream setup: board, boots, bindings, helmet, gloves, jacket, pants--EVERYTHING! His positivity and expertise made the whole experience fun and effortless. And it wasn't just Joe! Every single person in the store took the time to be kind, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure I left with exactly what I needed. Whether they were managers, owners, or just awesome team members, their collective care and passion truly stood out. In today's world, this level of heartfelt service feels like a breath of fresh mountain air! If you're looking for gear, advice, or just a dose of snowboarding stoke--RUN, don't walk, to Sin City Snowboards! I'm walking out not only with a perfect setup but also with a HUGE smile and a heart full of gratitude. You will NOT be disappointed--this place is an absolute GEM!

This is the best spot in Vegas to get your gear!…read more Glenn is a solid guy and his team is very helpful. They'll take trade in on new stuff which is pretty awesome. Always take friends there when they need stuff. Hope we never lose these guys. My family used to have the Bootlegger on that old corner back in the day, so it's nice to see it still doing well. To bad you guys don't have RUROC helmet stuff yet tho. Really wanted to find some goggles for mine. Guess my supermatic bindings will have to do for now

We are excited to have found this great ski/snowboard shop so close to home! My husband and I have…read moredecided to get back into skiing and needed to figure out what kind of ski boots to buy and try some pairs on. The staff at gravity were incredibly helpful and spent a lot of time talking us through buying ski boots and letting us try a few pairs. Since then, my husband has been back to get his bindings adjusted and skis waxed, and I will as well once my gear arrives. Great experience all around, and we will be using this shop's services in the future!

Came in for clothing and snowboard rentals. Was under the assumption that the rental included a…read morehelmet, but unfortunately never got the helmet. When I dropped off my rental, I informed them that I never got the helmet and had to spend extra at the resort to rent a helmet. Store associate said they might not have had any available at the time. I asked to be reimbursed for the helmet rental and they dont do that. Nowhere on the website or paper documents did it say that portions of the rental package are based on availability. Seems like false advertising. People pay for the package and should get what they pay for, but this didnt happen. Would have saved $15 if I just rented my gear at the resort. Other than that, the board, boots and clothing were in great shape and good quality. Easy sizing, pickup and return of the rentals. No issues except for the helmet, sorry to say.

I had the privilege of working in the shoe department today with Zack and Sam. Zack is extremely…read moreknowledgeable at distance hiking and truly understood what I needed based on my level of experience. Sam sure knows his shoes! He knows the stock backwards and forwards and what new shoes are on their way. He could tell me how different treads work with the types of terrain I hike and didn't even limit me to what was in the store. At one point, he helped me order a boot from the REI outlet store. When I returned a few weeks later because it wasn't perfect, he kept working with me and eventually found exactly what I needed. Even cooler, Sam remembered working with me previously and was able to pick up right where we left off. Ultimately, I tried on or trained with almost 10 boots and I'm so happy with the results. Thank you, REI, for hiring employees, who know what they're talking about and thank you, Sam and Zack, for your patience and persistence, in helping me find the most comfortable boot for when I hit the trail. Addendum: Elijah helped me choose a lightweight, cold-weather hiking coat. He listened to my needs and matched his knowledge of the inventory with my upcoming and long-term hiking goals. It was nice knowing he used the coats himself and so could give advice about specific features.
