I visited this Dr's office to get some osteopathic work done and it was a catalog of mess ups. 1. I booked 3 appointments, with Dr. Cushing, on the 3rd I turned up to the office, the lights were off and no one was there. I was later called and apologized. They said "they had forgot to let me know". 2. Dr's office insisted the Dr subscribed to the insurance network I was covered by. It turns out the Dr was not a subscriber to my insurance network despite repeated insistence that he was. This led to me fighting with my insurance (the Dr's office didn't help at all.). The only assistance I got from them was some time to try and sort out with insurance . No acceptance that they had provided me with mis-information or acceptance of blame. Luckily insurance has taken my side and compensated me, but Dr's office were very unhelpful and contacted me a few times threatening with collections agency, despite them providing me with the initial mis-information. Glad to be finished with them and will not go back.
