Their green tea and to be consistently well brewed, but their oolong tea was too stringent and it spoiled the enjoyment. I like the shop space here because it has lots of individual tables and chairs as well as long bench seating with a big empty area in the middle of the shop, and there's no walls or barriers between the kitchen and the rest of the shop so it gives a much more open feel then most tea shops. I sense that there may be an inconsistency issue, and hope it's addressed because the first time we came there they really hit the mark. I hope they keep improving and stay open for a long time.

Instead of expecting the usual insolent remarks of many servers in that neighbourhood, being not entirely happy of ordering just one item, the question from the lady behind the counter was "do you want one spoon or two?" This is what I call customer service at its best. For this treatment alone, I will definitely come again and bring friends. This is going to be my favorite dessert place in this area. The ice-cream was just delicious, creamy and tasting all natural ingredients, with the price being very descent. Their milk teas are beautifully balanced with enough tea flavor but also being so incredibly smooth. Their fruit teas are crisp, fresh, and basically hit you in face with flavors. I love this combination so I popped in to get one. I got no sugar, less ice and it was perfect and consistent with other CoCo locations where I've had this drink. Service was quick and pleasant.
