My new favourite Bubble Tea place on the South Shore!! So many flavours to choose from and for the price (approx 7$) the size is good and usually includes some toppings. It feels more real and less artificial than its competitors as they use fresh fruits which they prepare in front of you and also have Yakult options (a yoghurt smoothie type of drink) which was a first for me! I had the Passion Fruit Yakult and was hooked... will definitely be sticking to this one, absolutely delicious! It had pieces of passionfruit inside and jelly, unlike any type of bubble tea I had tried before. Glad to have this awesome new addition to the South Shore! #ThankYouThursday

Cause you know I love boba and a trip without boba is like....blasphemy. So we ended up at two…read moredifferent shops this trip. In short, Presotea's milk tea was creamy, the toppings to drink ratio a little high, boba was a little over done but passable, and the price a little high compared to home. Still a good option if you're in the area. L O C A T I O N Presotea is located in this little strip mall/shopping area that has a variety of shops. Parking itself is not many spots but it wasn't hard to find a spot directly in the front. I N S I D E They only allow 8 people inside at the moment and it's a small spot. No eating/drinking inside. M E N U Their menus are a little disjointed and wish they had just a simple menu that displayed their full offerings. They have different "series" of drinks like Brown Sugar, Slush, Fruits like Mango, Milk Teas, Wintermelon, etc. Due to it being my first time here, I opted to get a standard drink like a black milk tea or a jasmine milk tea. Since I got a black milk tea the other day, I figured I'd go with the Jasmine Milk Tea with black tapioca/boba as this is my way to decipher if a place knows what it's doing and of course no sugar and no ice. The drink itself was nice a creamy with a nice hint of jasmine tea. Now was it oversteeped? I couldn't tell as they did large heaping scoops of the black tapioca which had some sugar already. My 0% sugar tea felt at least 30% sugared with the toppings. So super glad I stayed with my no sugar choice. Generally a lot of boba shops tend to oversteep their jasmine and cover the bitterness with ice and sugar to help the taste. But overall, it was perfect for me in terms of flavor. The boba itself was chewy a little mushy on the outside, but at least fully cooked through. There was a slight sweetness in their boba which was great. S E R V I C E They seemed to be busy when we came as it did take a bit of time for them to get our drinks. We may have just ordered right after a large online order. But they were quite nice and relatively quick. O V E R A L L They have a variety of drinks for those who like fruit or teas. I just wish they had a more streamlined menu so that you know exactly what items they do have versus various flyers of different series or Top 10 drinks. Or wish they had a way to order your own drink (like standards) where you can pick the tea, milk options, topping options, and sugar/ice levels. Again we're spoiled in California with a lot of boba shops, but this place is somewhere we'd frequent if we lived here as they have the drink options we'd care about with a variety of teas to select as well as a crema series. Now if only it were slightly cheaper!

Presotea has a WIDE variety of drinks to choose from: juice, yogurt, milk tea, frappés, cheese…read morevariety, salted cold foam, lattes, etc. I have tried two of their fruit teas, the Panda Milk and the the Taro one. They were all very very good. The portions are generous, they fill up your tea with tapioca balls and the service is quite fast. I definitely recommend this spot if you are a beginner or a connaisseur with bubble tea.

They say that Taiwan is a beautiful island full of treasures which has fostered several generations…read moreof Taiwanese who thrive on values of simplicity, warmth & friendliness. The fruit tea of Yifang inherits those values as only fruits in season are used - no juice concentrates, no artificial flavouring just the natural freshness and sweetness of seasonal fruits! Their love for following traditional Taiwanese recipes, they pride themselves on techniques passed down over many generations, culminating into unique handcrafted teas & beverages that seem familiar - but wait till you taste it! A little bit of history... Yi Fang, was born in 1920 during the Japanese colonial period from 1895 to 1945. The teachers in school called her Yoshiko. Yoshiko was a grandmother who got married to a young farmer. The grandfather, worked in the pineapple farm all day long under the sun, could always count on his wife to help hence his thirst. Yoshiko made the best use of the overripe pineapples and braised to add natural sweetness and help preserve them. She whisked up a big jar of thirst-quenching and heat-clearing pineapple water every day and became the healthy drink of the husband! The granddaughter perpetuated this tradition and now available in the South Shore. I tried the fruit tea with mango and it was delicious blend of mango, passion fruit, apple, oranges and probably much more. Hope you enjoy it too!
