We dealt with Jude yesterday, who offered us either a Main Logic Board (aka Motherboard) replacement (for a two year old laptop) or to move forward in to a newer computer, at a $200 difference. We elected to purchase the newer computer, (updated processors, faster buses, fresh battery, etc). It was 3PM and they had our data xferred and everything up and running perfectly in two hours.
