I called, spoke with someone and explained the repair that I needed. I was asked to text him photos of the window in question, which I did right away with a note. It was to the same # I'd initially called. When I didn't hear back, I texted again and asked if he was interested in my business. I never heard back. This was a month and half ago. This was no small undertaking as we wanted 10 windows in our house outfitted with shutters. Alexia was very personable, friendly, and organized. It truly was a pleasure working with her. She even phoned us before she left for vacation to button up some outstanding details. Jesus and Carlos showed up to take measurements and provide us with options to give us an estimate. I was super impressed that they showed up on time! I really appreciate it when people respect our time by showing up at the promised time; they were actually about 5-10 minutes early! They showed up on time for every appointment. They showed up in a clearly marked van for Shutters Express wearing polo shirts with the company name and wore masks the entire time. It may seem trivial to some, but it really presents a good image to customers. Details matter. Due to COVID, there are lots of people making changes to their homes, so we had to wait about 6 weeks for the shutters to be constructed. We knew this going in, so it was not a surprise. Today the Shutters Express guys arrived on time wearing masks due to COVID and put up all the shutters up in 3 1/2 hours! They did such a great job and we are so happy!
