She said sorry, she could not help but gave me her card with the telephone number of 3 Day Blinds for someone to help with our problem. What I found out is that they do not stand behind their product. We purchased our 3 Day blinds honeycomb window coverings in the 90's. Still good as new except that the pull string has broken. They want the original order number which we no longer have, but still do not think they would have the correct parts still in stock. So, they cannot help.
