Shutterbooth is awesome! I experienced my first, true photobooth experience with them at Yelp's Holiday party. With one flash of the light, I was hooked. I went back two other times to mug it up for the camera. The photobooth is spacious enough to hold plenty of holiday reveling Yelpers without being too tight. I liked being able to download the pictures the next day from their website. Shutterbooth's attendants were awesome and fun when they explained how to take pictures. We had the best experience using Shutterbooth for our June wedding! It was very easy to work with Cheryl and her team to set up everything at our venue. The package we chose included the photo booth (obviously), a box of props, a scrapbook of all of the pictures and a CD afterwards of all of the pictures. It was A-MAZE-ING. Shutterbooth provided someone to man the booth and ensure that our book got doubles of all of the pictures that printed. They then directed the guests to sign our scrapbook, write a funny note, etc. This definitely was a hit. Everyone loved choosing the different props (hats, glasses, etc.) and keeping a set of photos for themselves. And as the bride, I loved having a book of all of the photos afterwards. It was great seeing the props everyone picked, the messages, the funny faces, I loved, loved, loved it. People ask to look at it when they come to our house. We absolutely LOVED our Shutterbooth experience! We knew we wanted a Photo Booth at our wedding and they made the process so easy and customized to our special day. There were great options to choose from as far as backdrop, props, photo print layouts and designs! We loved how that our guests could each get a photo strip (no limit which was perfect for bigger groups) and we LOVED the photo album we got at the end with all of our guests pictures and personal notes written. We really enjoyed having ShutterBooth Photobooth - Chicago at our wedding. At the end of the day, it was an added cost we felt was worthwhile. We got the Platinum Package and the cost and quality was very competitive compared to other vendors. All the guests (young and old) loved that we had a photobooth (with props) throughout the evening. The booth itself was well-made and was able to fit a good number of people without seeming like it was going to fall apart (unlike another one my friend had at her wedding). The inquiry/booking process started off shaky because I had to work with someone in Milwaukee first (she was very responsive but had to pass some of my questions along so it took time) and there were some responsiveness issues from the Chicago person. However, once I booked with them and got into the nitty gritty planning process the communication and response time got better. I worked solely with Cheryl in Chicago at that point until the big day. She did a great job with helping me create my logo and walked me through all the options available. I even made some quick changes towards the end and she made sure it all happened! The two event hosts were very professional and did a fabulous job of decorating and putting my scrapbook/album together the night off. I didn't have to worry about them one bit and they did a great job setting up and closing down without bringing any attention. To this day (almost a year later) friends and family still enjoy flipping through the scrapbook/album. Within a couple of weeks, we received a CD copy of the photobooth pics too! read more

My husband and I rented a photobooth for our August 2014 wedding from Shutterbooth. We had heard about this idea for weddings and were dead set on doing it. This was one of the first things we booked for our wedding! We received a recommendation from the Botanic Garden to work with Shutterbooth and it was a great decision! We used Shutterbooth for our wedding, and I was extremely happy and satisfied with the experience. Cheryl was great. We used our monogram extensively in our wedding. I sent her an example of what we had put together, and she sent me back TEN designs she had put together based on our monogram, in less than 36 hours, for us to pick from. It was difficult to chose one, they were all so good. She had the digital pictures to us within two weeks, with both the whole strips and the individual photos included. The staff at the event was great and kept the process smooth and straightforward, including getting the guests to sign off in the photo guest book Normally, I try to post lengthy reviews and expound upon any issues or shortcomings, but the reality of this situation is that they did everything right, went above and beyond when design the logo for the photo strips, and it was perfect. read more

I looked around to compare prices for photo booths and Shutterbooth seemed to be the best option. I was so happy to have them at my wedding. The girls that were working at my wedding were very nice. They asked me what color pens I wanted and what color pages - they really ask you want you want to make it unique. The only negative were the props were a very small selection - guests were grabbing other things to bring in the Photo Booth but the girls were ok with it. The Photo Booth was set up on time and I had nothing to worry about. I would def. recommend them for a wedding or any event. They are professional and friendly.
