I'll be honest, at first I didn't think I'd be hiring Magic Moment for our party. Armond is so…read moreresponsive that I assumed he was trying to be aggressively salesy instead of simply helpful. What changed my tune? Primarily, the booking process. I talked to another vendor whose prices were cheaper and had good Groupon reviews, but there were red flags when I asked for a contract, etc. When I posed the same questions to Armond, he was again responsive and provided all of the information I asked for without trying to convince me to simply trust them. Once I booked, the responsiveness never faltered. Most times, I got emails back within a few hours, regardless of the day or time sent. In addition to Armond, Nathaniel helped me out with the design of the photo strips. When I didn't quite see what I wanted, he was able to model a design after an image I sent him at no extra charge. On the day of our event, John showed up promptly to setup. He was easy to work with and answered any questions we had. Everyone really enjoyed the photo booth and we got some really fun images out of it. At the end of our event, we got a physical copy of the strips and a few days later a link to a gallery that we could share with guests. Bottom line, I would hire Magic Moment again for a party. They were extremely professional and we were happy with the overall experience.

After looking for what felt like forever, I found 360 rentals and touched base with Taz, and I am so glad I did! To start, booking the photo booth was by far the easiest and fastest thing I booked for the wedding. Leading up to the wedding Taz was reachable by phone, text or email and was so prompt at responding. He was so accommodating and easily created a beautiful template for the Photo Booth printouts that matched our theme from one inspiration photo I sent him. Fast forward to the night of the Wedding. Taz arrived earlier than expected and quickly said hello so we knew he was there and set up his stuff. Once he was set up he had a majority, if not all, of the printouts for us. He directed our own experience with the Photo Booth and made it so fun for us! He was so accommodating, adjusting the camera as needed to fit everyone in, making sure everyone had a copy and was happy to reprint as needed. He even let my now husband borrow the captains hat prop for the evening. Not even an hour after the wedding Taz had emailed us our online gallery so we were able to see all the Photo Booth photos taken that night. Then fast forward to the next day; If Taz mentioned he was doing it, I forgot, but he made a HIGHLIGHT REEL of our whole reception! We were so surprised and loved watching the highlights of our night. He even gave us a copy to keep and share with friends and family that didn't have instagram. He also had the most reasonable price. We are very glad we hired him for our March wedding at the holiday inn martz plaza. He was professional, friendly, approachable and courteous. He really tried hard to capture our day the way we wanted and invited any ideas. We all had fun during our photo session over the Chicago river and during the wedding and reception his presence was barely noticeable. We planned on utilizing a QR code. We knew everyone attending would have a cell phone, and most cell phones have incredible cameras attached to them. I saw an Ad on Facebook for Jolie Images, it was incredibly affordable. I thought it was a scam. I did research on the company and found out it was comprised, and owned by all females. I loved what they stood for. I decided to book them for my wedding. I contacted them and they were incredibly easy to deal with. My date was available so I put $100 down. They allowed me to pay what I could afford, and then pay the balance prior to the wedding day. I requested a female photographer. They have both male & female photographers. I ended up with Joanna, this was such a blessing. She took complete charge and suggested that I do a first look. This was my 2nd wedding and I didn't want to have anxiety or be nervous. Joanna knew exactly what I wanted and eased my anxiety. My first look had laughter instead of tears, since it was done, prior to me walking down the aisle. My husband and I were able to spend precious moments, prior to our ceremony getting all the butterflies out of the way. We even had a special moment and our first kiss . This was all captured. She got to know both families and their personalities. When certain family members pushed back with comments, she would joke back and tell them what to do, where to stand, and how to pose. During the exchange of the rings, the best man left the rings, upstairs. Joanna mentioned in the 27 years she has photographed weddings, she has never witnessed that. In a situation where I could have overreacted, I took a breath, saying to my husband and Pastor, that's ok. Then everyone started laughing. She never missed a beat. She is the Diamond at your company and she shone at our wedding. I am forever grateful that you sent us your most prized possession on my special day.
