Dr. Han was amazing, she really listened to my concerns, was very personable, and actually spent time to get to know me, unlike most doctors who are in and out. Susan the manager was also really passionate about her job and helped me pick two fantastic pairs of glasses. Although, they don't have name brands like Gucci, Versace, Prada. They have some designers I've never heard of that also have nice frames and I was able to pick something trendy. The office is also spotless and they have fancy new machines I haven't seen at my old school doctors place. Overall great experience and I would highly recommend it.

So they ruined my frames, they reimbursed me for the error, am I get fired. That's great management? I would be Leary to see the "doctor there" I was a patient since they opened. Beware!!!

Cindy is the best in helping you pick out and adjusting your glasses. I have really bad eyesight and my glass lenses are usually bottle thick but Focused Eye Care was able to get them to be super thin. My glasses are the lightest I've ever had them. Their eyeglass inventory is constantly changing, which is wonderful. I ended up buying three pairs. I. can't say enough good things about Focused Eye Care. I was very happy with the service and experience. I am truly appalled by some of the low rating reviews. Eye exams and eyewear can be costly especially with add-ons and features. I wish we could rate different areas of the practice. Doctors and front desk are between 4 to 5 stars. Unfortunately, our experience with the optical department has been consistently disappointing. They rarely answer the phone, and when we do reach someone, the staff often come across as rude and uninterested in helping. Rather than offering guidance or possible solutions, we were simply told to contact our insurance company. Our insurance has remained the same for decades, yet we were told the optical department does not accept it, even though the medical office does. That inconsistency was confusing, and no one took the time to explain why or help us understand our options. We will continue coming to this practice because we value the doctors and the medical care they provide. However, due to our experiences with the optical department, we will be purchasing our eyewear elsewhere.
