Multiple times people came over to the table asking us how we heard of the restaurant, if we liked the food, if there was anything else they could help us with. Wonderful experience. The food was good. The vegetable Samosa was fantastic. The garlic naan was out of this world. However, the only reason I can't give this restaurant a perfect 5 is the entrées. Were they good? -- YES. Were they excellent -- I guess I can't say yes without some explanation. If I had to make a complaint... I would say the entrées were bland. I ordered the lamb korma. The lamb was delicious. The sauce was just bland. And I don't mean spicy... You can add however much spice you want. There just seemed to be a lack of regular seasoning. It was good. It was just missing something. Same with the butter chicken. It was lacking the sweetness in the flavor I generally get and enjoy with the dish. Once again... It was good. Just not excellent. I look forward to going back and maybe this was just a less seasoned day.

Just plain delicious and I loved that they were served on a bed of fresh sliced veggies. I actually added the veggies to my plate and ate along with my curry and chicken. The seats were dirty, the utensils were just tossed into a random holder on the table, and even the water station was in bad shape. The male customers were shockingly rude, walking straight into my space as if I were invisible, expecting me to move out of their way. When I approached an open register, I politely asked the cashier if she was available. Instead of a simple answer, she huffed, rolled her eyes, and made it clear my presence was an inconvenience. That was it for me. I put everything back and walked out. I had planned to return with family and friends, but that changed quickly. Cultural differences or not, rude is rude, and bad customer service is still bad customer service. I won't be back.

I found this question inappropriate, as the receipt clearly showed the item had been charged twice. My only request was a refund for the incorrect charge. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and mentioned that I intended to share my experience through a customer review, the owner's attitude changed significantly. Rather than processing the small refund that was due, I was unexpectedly offered a refund for the entire purchase and told to keep the groceries. This gave the impression that the issue was being handled to discourage me from leaving feedback rather than to resolve the original mistake professionally. I declined this offer and requested that the matter be handled properly. After further discussion, the transaction was finally corrected. However, I was then accused of "threatening" the store simply because I stated my intention to leave an honest review of my experience. While mistakes can happen in any business, what matters most is how they are addressed. Unfortunately, I found the handling of this situation unprofessional, dismissive, and unnecessarily confrontational. The experience left me feeling frustrated, unfairly treated, and disappointed with the level of customer service provided.
