Stopped here for a quick snack and accidentally stumbled across some really great Tacos!…read more This is a very small food truck, well more like a mobile concession stand, actually and very easy to miss if you're not looking closely. La Chica told me about it a few months back, and for the life of me, I couldn't picture where it could possibly be located in my mind's map. So pay close attention near North Mobley and Gunn Highway. I ordered 3 tacos. Carne asada, carnitas and pollo. All three were very good. Corn tortillas, cilantro, fresh onion, queso fresco and deliciously flavored meats. Of the 3 though, my favorite was the chicken variation, followed by the carnitas. If you like chicharrones and pork belly, you will absolutely love the carnitas taco. The food is made to order, so don't expect the speed of Taco Bell. You're going to wait a good 5-10 minutes for your food, but it's totally worth it. Kairo's prefers cash, but accepts cards as well, so don't be afraid to stop if you don't have greenbacks on you.
