They have been very helpful this summer with keeping the chemicals in the pool balanced. I spent less money by buying good products versus the previous summer when I purchased cheaper products from our favorite big box store on the other side of town.

I have made the mistake of buying cheap chlorine tablets at Walmart and spent a month fighting with algae. Just go ahead and buy the good stuff. I like that they keep my information on file so that when I come in, they always know exactly what size filter I need and are quite frequently the only place that I can find the spa treatments that I need. My only complaint, and it's a small one, is that their service department and their parts are sometimes a little confusingly laid out and not always the easiest place to find the parts that you need.
