There are many businesses that sell sheds in the area, but Bennett's was the only one that would build on site with a metal roof for a reasonable price. I requested a custom 12' x 15' salt box shed with an oversized door and a few other upgrades. The upgrades didn't really cost much and I think they will be worth it. Wood was overpriced during the COVID-19 pandemic. Now that wood prices are returning to normal, shed prices are also returning to normal. I felt like it was a good time to buy. The employee who sold me the shed really knew her stuff. In addition to selling sheds, Bennett's also sells outdoor furniture and basketball hoops. They also have a toy store with an extensive selection of quality toys. They also have a dog boarding kennel and they offer pet grooming. They really have a diverse, family owned business and I'm happy to be a customer. I'll be visiting again for some outdoor furniture!

I purchased these tools, and when I got them I asked about their return policy, knowing that it may not work. They said no problem, returning as long as the item is not used, and in the same condition as it was when I purchased it and returned soon. The item did not work well for my space so I did wind up returning it Six days later, approximately. However, when I got home, and I happen to look at my receipt at the bottom, they have their return policy, and it says that it might be subject to a restocking fee. No one had mentioned that when I asked about the return policy In store. I was a bit nervous about going into return it because I didn't want to deal with the hassle of a restocking fee that I hadn't been told about verbally. When I went into the store, I was greeted nicely, and the return was given in full. The staff was very welcoming and kind. I was pleasantly surprised with the great customer service at this store. What is it with these home improvement stores that have apps that don't fully work. We ordered 11…read moreforty pounds of pellets for the pellet stove. That is 440 pounds! I selected the free curbside pickup. Until pickup, everything went smoothly. After describing my car and its color, I punched repeatedly "I'm here" on the app only to get an error message saying something was wrong on their end. We tried several more times before giving up and calling the store. No one answered the phone. So hubby headed into the store, waited in line, until a cart was wheeled out with 11 bags of pellets. Oh no. I specifically asked for curbside pickup because we are older and that is alot of weight. I did not want him wheeling this cart that had a mind of its own. I certainly was hoping curbside pickup with this weight meant that you'd get help. I myself am useless lifting that much weight. So 5 stars for ordering but 1 star for pickup averages to 3 stars. That is probably overly generous because Ontario Home Depot failed on everything they specifically had control over.

I came to the store and ordered a fridge, and paid to have it delivered and brought inside. I was told i'd be given a 30 minute heads up before the delivery drivers arrived. First day, they call me and say they are 15 minutes away. I will not make it in 15 minutes so I have to reschedule. The next day, they just knock on my door, I am not even home. They lied and claimed they tried to call but I had been sending and receiving calls all day. I finally arrive after calling and making them come back since I was lied to twice. They put the fridge inside and immediately rush to leave. The fridge was missing one of the legs to it which caused the fridge to completely destroy my brand new floors. Home depot says they will not fix the fridge or the floors, and that there's nothing they can do. I am now without a fridge and destroyed kitchen floors. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOME DEPOT!!

On March 24 the Order was cancelled and Fun Center Pools increased the price to $699.99 and still had 2 in stock. According to Amazon records the $499.99 price was in place for over 30 days. I feel that now they found a buyer for one they are trying to extract more money. This is fraudulent, deceitful, and price gouging. I was expecting delivery by March 30 and want to warn all others what their practices are. I have reviewed them already on Amazon and Amazon in unwilling to make this right. I am unsure how this Business has an A+ rating with BBB with this type of practice.
