Roger G, owner of Premier Gunite, stole our money without completing the work he promised. Time…read morelines were quoted, and missed, then quoted again, and missed again. He did just enough work to get each of the "deposits" needed to start the next phase. He did shoddy work throughout, but because we are not pool experts, it looked good enough to the naked eye. He kept promising that he'd be back to finish the job, but once he got 90% of the contract, he disappeared. To echo the only other review, if you decide to deal with this person and/or company (and I obviously would NEVER again and wish I had never), do NOT pay them any money until the work is completed.
